I'm not a frequent shopper at Starbucks lately my son & I wanted to go. Post Super Bowl promotion was going on where everyone gets a free coffee. My son & I needed to grocery shop and stopped in Starbucks located in Krogers. There was one employee she nearly had everything shut down an hour & fifteen minutes before closing. I asked if they were closed she replied that it depends on what I wanted that they typically start closing down around that time. I verified...
Did my very first mobile order and everything went smooth as could be. The barista was a darling girl (and I wish I could remember her name) but she seemed genuinely happy to talk to me and even more pumped to hand my little their drink too. Very excited to finally have a drive through Starbucks!
We stopped in today and while waiting for our order a man was very rude to the staff and proceeded to walk towards the exit and throw his coffee on the floor. The staff handled the situation with class. We were thrilled with our service and our drinks!! Nice job Harrison Starbucks!!
