Rude, passive aggressive baristas. This location sucks. I am lactose intolerant and they deliberately put whole milk in it after not putting any of the āso many flavorsā in it THAT I PAID FOR. 7 brew, Dutch bros, and biggby are all on my route with much more flavors added, guests choose to come to this location but this service will start to make you lose traffic.

Sergio was so kind to me and my daughter! We ordered the last two chocolate cookies, one of which broke while packaging. He offered me a free rice crispy in exchange and still gave me the broken cookie. It was beyond what he had to do and it made my 3 year olds day. Thank you Sergio!!!

went through the drive thru they messed up my drink it happens i get it went inside asked for a remake and they made it wrong again its not a hard drink and this starbucks has gone hill since it has opened always long wait, often mess up drinks

Itās great Customer Service like Hannah provided that keeps me coming back to this location!! She said that she was new and I couldnāt believe it because she was so good!!

I didnāt get any food but it is normally very tasty. I just got an iced coffee this morning before work. The girl over the speaker was having difficulty hearing me so I had to repeat myself āthreeā times. She finally got it but when I got up to the window she was extremely rude towards me. I normally am greeted and asked if I would like a straw. I got nothing of the sort but a stare down. I work in customer service so I understand but I can go somewhere else to get my coffee if need be. I donāt catch her name but she has tattoos on her fingers.
