Haven't been to a Starbucks in a long time thought I would try this one. Supposedly previous presidents back in saying he's going to make it more cafe like and faster better service. Well the new location is very nice and somewhat clean but still extremely so slow and some people stand around doing nothing. Took 3 minutes for a person to come up to the counter when I was the only one there to take my order. Not much has changed here I still paying $5 for medium latte and they still ask for a 15 to 20% tip.

They are nice and quick in the morning at getting people through the line. Food and coffee is overpriced but that’s not any one location’s fault.

Starbucks with a small town charm. Always clean. Drinks are always make correctly.
Me and my husband went to Starbuck today! He ordered coffee. And when the girl stand in the drive thru window, my husband been asking her to please, can she mix the coffee and the milk for him in the cup, she say " We do them like that" and hold the cup shake it circle, make a mess everywhere, the coffee leaking all over the cup. And give it to my husband, didn't even clean it. The attitude is bad, the way she look at the customer is nasty. Starbuck in Harrison have a bad service compair with another Starbuck! And we come about 6:10pm! Really upset!!!

I ordered a Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frap as I always do with caramel on the cup, oatmilk instead of whole milk, and 1 frap roast instead of 3 for $6.25 this morning. What I received was a caramel ribbon crunch frap with cookie crumble (oreos), 3 frap roast, and no caramel crunch topping. Also, today was the reusable straw day, and I ordered at 8:20am and didn't receive a reusable straw. I usually love this starbucks, however I was VERY disappointed today.
