I am not sure why this location seems to refuse giving good customer service?
-Ask to adjust an order (NO one behind me in line & I am told no, I would have to pull back around?!?}
-Used a coupon off the app, they say they can’t do it because I got a menu item that is 2 for $5, yet other locations have no issues
-I pull to window to pay & I am asked to pull around to the front door for my order?!?! Again not a single car in line behind me.

I won't be coming back to the hartville DQ. After placing my order through the app, I waited in line to pick up my order. When I pulled up I asked for my son's kids ice cream to be put in a cup. I also asked if I could buy a small container of strawberry syrup for his ice cream because his older brother had a Sundae an I wanted him to think he had the same thing. This Dairy Queen Grill & Chill consistently provides a great experience with a chipper attitude from the staff, who work efficiently and have a great attitude. The food, including the new parm garlic chicken strips, is hot and delicious, and the ice cream is a perfect treat on a hot day. This place never, ever fails to have the best service. They have a great team of incredibly polite, quick and helpful individuals. The ice cream is great DQ ice cream, even with dairy-free options, and the people make the location.
Customers can take advantage of the buy one get one free app coupon. Kids are excited to have an after-school blizzard and try new flavors that don't disappoint. The chicken finger basket is a hit with the kids. The staff is friendly and provides great service, making the visit an enjoyable experience.
