Not sure if Emily (receipt has her name as cashier) is new but she either needs more training or removed from taking drive-thru orders. We ordered a 3 pcs big box and after we placed the rest of our order, she asked big box or regular, which we assumed pertained to the last item we ordered - my how we were wrong.
