Friendly staff and very clean store
not sure whatever happened to customer service or the "customer is always right" concept, but Hartsville Wendy's sure don't have either. Went through the drive thru and ordered the $5.00 biggie bag which the drive thru menu claims consists of a bacon double stack, 4 piece nugget, fries and drink. As we parked to eat our food and opened our sandwiches we had a small fried chicken patty opposed to the advertised bacon double stack.
