“We love that Bojanges has come to our area in Ohio. The Bo's chicken sandwich is my favorite. Staff is always friendly, it's always clean. Have never gotten anything bad at Bojangles.
Now, if they could get their regular bone-in chicken going here, that'd be great!“

“Today, Saturday, May 31, 2025, I phoned a large order to KFC for takeout from the Heath, Ohio, location. The order was $76.78.
I had called Friday evening inquiring as to how early I needed to call to get an order by 12:00 (Noon),
I was told that even though they didn’t open until 11:00, the staff was there early and would answer the phone.
I called at 8:00, Sara answered and took my order. Sara said the order would be ready by 11:00.
Sara was very sweet and friendly.
When we picked up the order, which was ready, at 11:00, the staff were also friendly.
When we unpacked the bags at home, long story short, the order was perfect, sauces, and everything.

“We served my daughter's favorite chicken for her graduation party and it was delicious! We worked with Todd and Michael. They were both wonderful. Todd got back to us quickly with ordering and questions. Michael delivered and set things up for us. He delivered all the way to our home in Galena! He was a real blessing during the party crunch time!“
