The doors were locked at 11:30 am. Posted sign said open at 11:00. I called the store and she stated that the doors were not locked. She never came out to check and see if we could get in. Wee even walked back just to double check. We went to Chipotle instead right beside Donatos. They weren’t locked.

I have been a long time customer and I loved their olive oil pizza. Lately it has come not at all like it should with appearance or flavor. My fiancée gets a meaty version when we order and his has been just the same. I'm not sure how you take all the flavor out of pepperoni and other ingredients but this store does. Also when you speak to management they seem to have more than a working relationship, or maybe not. But you can't get any satisfaction speaking to them directly which is why I'm reviewing here now. And we are great tippers. So that's not the problem.

I called in because I couldn't get my app to work and told them I wanted wings crispy and meatballs cooked longerand he tried telling me I don't know what I ordered because it was not on the order, now keep in mind I had points for this which made it free , so I spent alot of money with them, also I ordered 2 pizzas last week and didn't say a word that they had no taste it was like eating cardboard so I will never spend another dime there domino's pizza is so much more favorable and the management there cares not like this young kid I dealt with who doesn't care about his job all he is there for is a paycheck and to act tough, we'll donatos look at why ur numbers are down and he probably is one reason, he sold me on dominos

Typical Donatos. We got there about 7:30. One larger party finishing, one couple finished, a couple of the waitresses friends. Not busy.The waitress was a hot mess. Nice girl but she had very little idea what was going on. Had a view of the kitchen and work area. One tall blond kid trying to work while another girl was just standing there talking loud throughout the whole time we were there. Apparently she was in school, didn't like school, her teachers, her job (she did nothing while we were there, 45 minutes). She talked loud and constantly. She badgered that poor guy and us by dining there. She distracted the waitress as well with her constant whining. The waitress had a hard time competing our simple order. We had to repeatedly ask for water. Everything we wanted we had to ask for again and again. She really struggled. We were the only one there at this point meanwhile the other girl babbled on and on. The manager was nowhere to be found. We had a coupon but the girl didn't use it. She was just awful. As we left the manager finally came out. Useless. We won't eat there again.The food was fine. Lots of employees standing around twiddling their thumbs. Poorly run store.
I placed an order for my staff @ 12:06 pm. I received an email saying it will be delivered @ 1:02 pm. At 1:21 pm I called to see where it is and the lady said Door dash says it has already been delivered., which it hasn't. She said she will have it remade. It was finally delivered, from start to finish, @ 1:53 pm.
This location always has very friendly staff and makes great pizza. I have never had a bad experience when ordering delivery/carry-out or when dining in.

Ordered a large order for my company, they spent several hundred dollars for the order. When calling in this morning to touch base on the delivery it was a very unprofessional and rude experience. I wish that i would have asked the ladies name that took my call, and she was extremely rude and basically told me that she did not have time to mess with me or my phone call. If at all possible, I will bring this up to my company I work for and ask that we take our business elsewhere for any ore large orders that we may have.

I ordered a 6 piece wing and got 5. The pizza was crisp n delicious and just as I ordered it. I don't go to Donatos often it's pricey but at least it's pretty good when I do go. I really wish they had the chicken veggie medley I would return a lot more.

Ordered pizza and had a free coupon but was charged $45 and told just use the coupon next time. Then was charged again $25 for some reason and now I’m out $70. Called 3 times and giving the run around and hung up on. But hey lawyers are perfect for this kind of fraud! Bout to own a donatoes!
