Typical Donatos. We got there about 7:30. One larger party finishing, one couple finished, a couple of the waitresses friends. Not busy.The waitress was a hot mess. Nice girl but she had very little idea what was going on. Had a view of the kitchen and work area. One tall blond kid trying to work while another girl was just standing there talking loud throughout the whole time we were there. I placed an order for my staff @ 12:06 pm. I received an email saying it will be delivered @ 1:02 pm. At 1:21 pm I called to see where it is and the lady said Door dash says it has already been delivered., which it hasn't. She said she will have it remade. It was finally delivered, from start to finish, @ 1:53 pm.
Ordered a large order for my company, they spent several hundred dollars for the order. When calling in this morning to touch base on the delivery it was a very unprofessional and rude experience. I wish that i would have asked the ladies name that took my call, and she was extremely rude and basically told me that she did not have time to mess with me or my phone call. If at all possible, I will bring this up to my company I work for and ask that we take our business elsewhere...read full review
