We had such a great experience thanks to Barbara at Donatos! She went out of her way to bring us plates, napkins, and even a miniature size cup for our toddler. She was so sweet and attentive the entire time. There was a small mix-up with our dessert, and she handled it with such grace and gladly switched it out for us. I wish I had cash to leave her a tip—she truly deserved it. Thank you, Barbara, for making our visit so pleasant!

Ordered 2 large pizzas tonight. One was a Pep and cheese and the other was an all the way. The gal on the call center line told me it would be ready in about 20 minutes. I got there at 8:20pm. The gal inside the Hebron Rd, Heath store told me it would be just a moment and it was ready at 8:25!! Hot and Ready, delicious pizza!! This order was a call in/ pick up order!!

I placed an order for my staff @ 12:06 pm. I received an email saying it will be delivered @ 1:02 pm. At 1:21 pm I called to see where it is and the lady said Door dash says it has already been delivered., which it hasn't. She said she will have it remade. It was finally delivered, from start to finish, @ 1:53 pm.
