The way Brent treated a brand new employee who has never worked in food service is absolutely disgusting! When I picked her up and seen the look on her face, I immediately knew something was wrong. Brent, you do not hire people and then disrespect them. I’ve been in management all my life and never disrespect a coworker. You build a team to work together. Not belittle and degrade them. from a paying customer standpoint when they make a mistake try to fix it any way you can. I was told the only way they would fix the mistake they made was if I came back in and brought the food back. very inconvenient for not only me but my children that would have to stop eating and get loaded back up in the car. then they told me I was rude for being disappointed and angry that my food was messed up and could only be fixed if I came back in after spending 30 dollars
