Long wait at least in the drive-thru during busy hours of course, but good coffee and good service.

I come to this location every single day and I order the exact same thing every day but I can never get it made the way I ask for it every time!!!! Sometimes I can go and get it made right several days in a row and then I'll go back and they won't make it right for a week straight and what really gets me is that these people know me bye now They know exactly what I'm going to order and how I'm going to order it but yet they do not make it right and they don't even have the courtesy to ask me!!! Then if you tell him it wasn't made right and you ask him to make it right again then you are met with annoyance .... It's like why are you annoyed at me when you're the one that didn't make it right And you know it starts with the person working the drive-thru window. If they don't put it into the system properly, so that they can read it and understand how it should be made, then They make it the way It was typed into the system instead of, the way I asked for it And if there's a question why wouldn't you just ask because a lot of them do a lot of them will ask me but then the ones that just don't care, which there's many and don't bother making sure it's made the way US forward to be made. So like I said, I went from being a daily customer, to now a, won't be going back customer!!! I have brought this to the attention of the managers previously and still nobody cares. So unfortunately, Starbucks and I are going to be partying the ways. Today was the last opportunity that anyone is going to get to make my drink wrong!! I think I'm thrown away just as many as I've purchased! Tonight was the last time I threw $7 in the trash!

I have been coming to this starbucks for a few months now and have loved my visits! The team has been so great every time and I am getting to know them all! The manager Brittany always seems so happy, and works hard to make sure you have a great experience. I always see her talking to customers and getting to know them. The drinks are always made deliciously especially when Bree is on bar! Some days the wait is longer than others, but I know that I am going to have a good visit no matter what. Thank you to this team for making my day a little better every time I come in!

I will never go to this Starbucks. I understand that a place gets busy. But I waited 30 minutes for a coffee. People ahead of me wanted thier money back some just left. They employee's were not nice. They should have told people that they were that behind. Gave us a opportunity to leave and go somewhere else.

There's 7 people working and all of them will look you straight in the face, and still ignore you. I've waited 10 minutes before just to be greeted.

I have come here many times over the past few months and it was nice. However, it is now flu season and I have been incredibly careful to prevent sickness. I am now ill after stopping here yesterday to buy a drink. I dont know if someone coughed in the drink or didnt wash their hands or what but I am not coming back and I am disgusted.
When you need a break , the right place is this one!!!!! employees always gentle and fast .

These guys are great at this location. I come here every morning they know my order by heart. They seem to always be busy, but they’re never rude. They always have a smile on their face, this morning in particular I dropped my coffee as soon
As I got to work, which kind of ruined my morning!
So I got back in the car, went back to Starbucks and let her know and Susanna*** (I know I’m probably spelling that wrong) Told me she wasn’t gonna make me pay for it again and she hope my day got better. It’s the little things like that that bring joy to my day! Bree is also one of my favorites! She has my order on the screen before my car even pulls up to place an order ! All of you are great please keep it up!
Fastest drive-thru in town!!!
Went this afternoon inside to order some drinks for my family and was served by Jack/Jake that was extremely unprofessional and rude.
Once we indicated they missed one drink of our order, he literally told us to leave.
First and last time we will order there if he is around. It's not the kind of service and experience my daughters need to be exposed to, and I'm sure management and ownership should know about their employees.
