Went this afternoon inside to order some drinks for my family and was served by Jack/Jake that was extremely unprofessional and rude.
Once we indicated they missed one drink of our order, he literally told us to leave.
First and last time we will order there if he is around. It's not the kind of service and experience my daughters need to be exposed to, and I'm sure management and ownership should know about their employees.

The people are nice, but please train them properly. I’m so tired of placing a mobile order and waiting 5-15mins past when it was supposed to be ready. I’m also tired of my drink being different every time I order it. I get the same thing and have been for two years and every time I come to this Starbucks it’s made different. Today I spent $9 on a coffee that has little to no coffee in it. That’s the second time this week. I couldn’t even ask for it be remade because I was already waiting 10 mins past the time it was supposed to be done and was now going to be late for an appointment. There’s no way to request a refund either. $9 on coffee that I can’t drink. Ridiculous

Hands down, the WORST Sbux I've ever been to. The inside is FILTHY and the staff doesn't even pretend to try to get it right. Save your money. Don't go!

I was ignored for about 15 minutes at the mobile order station. Staff wouldn't make eye contact or acknowledge me. When we finally received our drinks, they were poorly made. We ordered a Frappuccino, a Dragon Drink, and a seasonal specialty iced latte—none of which are complicated to prepare. It was clear that the staff didn’t care about us or the quality of our order.

This location was horrible. Ice fully melted in cold beverages, rude associates at times and never done when expected to be done. I’ve gone to Starbucks all over the country and this has by far been the worst ran and heaven forbid something be wrong with your coffee or service. Young children working that haven’t fully been trained on customer care or they aren’t using the training they have received.

Unbelievable- I asked employee for venti coffee and to please not fill it to the top. So he hands me coffee overfilled to the top and it spills all over me and car (it burns btw) and says he can’t take it out of my hands. So I go back in the get my coffee and the baristas basically blames me for their actions. He kept saying we can’t pour any out …that’s funny all of a sudden Starbucks can’t make adjustments to orders? Anyhow this was absolutely terrible and I’d advise folks to think twice about this Starbucks.

If I had not been using my boss’ credit card I would have tipped them more.
They saved us last minute making two huge things of coffee and were super nice about it.
The best kind of people.
