I will absolutely NEVER go to this Starbucks ever again! Not only are they super slow and rude... I was harassed 3 times for having my 3lb Yorkie/Beagle on my lap in a blanket. He is training to be my emotional support, and then eventually (if he qualifies). One boy asked me about him and gave me a hard time about it. Less than 10 minutes later, a girl approached me, asking about him.. he never made a noise or moved off my lap! As my friend and I were heading out the door, a woman...

I was there at about 7 pm on a Monday and there was only one person working yet 8 people waiting. Jordan was so friendly and kind spirited and she never acted frustrated or upset or stressed when more and more people got in line. I asked her to make me a fruity drink and she surprised me with the most delicious lemonade! She needs a day off paid and a raise !

Coffee was great. Service was just ok. Have 2 people but only one making the actual coffee. If the cashier isn't taking any orders shouldn't they help make the orders? Just a suggestion to get through the line faster. The wait was over 10 mins. And no clear direction on where to place order and where to pick up.
