I was there on 10/19/2024, for my Anniversary lunch and I ordered grilled chicken sand with cheese only and fries, my son ordered fried chicken sandwich and my husband a burger. Food came out mine was fried not grilled, so waiter took it back . Then he brought out new one grilled( well it was charcoaled) with everything on it minus the cheese I ordered. Waiter said you wanted cheese on that didn't you, I said yes. He said do you want me to take that back and melt the cheese on it, yes please and leave the lettuce and tomato off also. He did apologize, and never got new fries they were cold . The chicken was so over cooked that it curled up on the edges. Not one offer to discount my bill and then we had to pay more since we were using debit card to pay. Also rest of my party were done eating before I even got my food. Needless to say I did not eat meal. What a wonderful Anniversary lunch. For all of the trouble my meal was not even discounted at all.

Tumbleweed continues to be my favorite place to go. I love their food and the staff is always friendly, and they check on us often. Text mex is the best!

Ordered carry out for our anniversary. When I got there, the restaurant was seating a large party. The hostess wasn't actually seating the party. She ran off to help other tables? Or so it appeared. I stood waiting for around 5 minutes. When the hostess reappeared, I told her I had a carry out order. She said she would need to get another individual from "in the back." She seated the next couple. She came back up, found my meal on a table near the bar, handed it to me, then walked away. No "thank you," no "is there anything else I can assist you with?" When I arrived home, my wife and I got everything settled. Both of our steaks were overcooked, to the well done side, even though I ordered medium rare while she ordered her's rare. She had a baked potato as her side. There was nothing included with it. No butter, sour cream, or anything else. No utensils were included with our order. The online portal used to make the order did not allow any questionnaires regarding extras to be added.

We will probably order from across the street in the future.

Me and my friend went to the bar and had couple of frozen drink it was good was. And watch the football game on TV and the bar service was good severe. It came out it was a good day for us. Yes will be back sometime.

We came here to eat for something different. We sat in Stephanie's area by the bar.
Not only did she not acknowledge me when we got seated but she was to friendly with my husband. My husband ordered the pork chops and he was asking how they cook them. She just stood at our table and rolled her eyes at few times, like she got irritated and we was bothering her with questions.
Then to top it off I noticed on the bill that you guys charge a few to use your credit card as payment.
All around it was the worst atmosphere & very poor customer service skills from Stephanie that we have had in awhile, with that being said we won't be back.

A shell of it former glory years. It's visibly apparent that the restaurant is struggling post covid. Menu wasn't that impressive. No disrespect to the staff but I don't see myself returning.

Terrible experience yesterday. Wanted to try something different in town. The chef doesn't know how to cook the steak correctly. My steak was cooked close to what I asked for. No problem there, but my wife asked for the same way. But my wife's looked very rare. Had to wait 15 mins for waiter to stop back by the table. She asked the manager for support. They said a piece was missing, and they couldn't do anything about it. But when mentioned they didn't bring 1 of my sides they wanted to deduct my ice tea off the bill. Will not return and will keep sharing my experience. Terrible experience

My spouse and I intended to dine in. when we got there, we were seated in the booth and nobody paid attention to us arriving for at least 12 minutes. The waitresses were Irene, who were who is going away on what table. I found this very unprofessional. Then they started waiting on a table that a ride five minutes after we’ve been sitting 12 minutes so we got up and left without the opportunity to dine in. thank you The poor manage the service is very unprofessional. We will not be dining at this Tumbleweed again.

I had the chicken burrito with rice and pinto beans. A very good chain restaurant,not too loud inside service was quick the margaritas were fantastic. Our server was quick to to take our orders ans return with our food

Hadn't been there in a while so I thought maybe it improved. NOPE. I ordered fried shrimp and got a plate of large shrimp shaped breading which I bit into to get nothing but breading. I broke it open and discovered the world's smallest, tasteless shrimp. At least I assume that's what it was. I was treating 3 others to dinner and after sub par food and $100 tab I had to apologize for my restaurant choice.

The pork taco salad was amazing today! I got the lunch special making this salad almost 1/2 price today/Monday.
