Excellent food. Love the nachos and queso

I got the Chil Rellenos! Outstanding!! I am on a Glp-1 and I ate it all! Too bad I am from Pennsylvania or I would be getting that once a week!

I changed my review this place is going downhill it's like the McDonald's in heath cold food.

I've avoided this location for years due to horrible service, but now I have nothing to complain about, the service (Terrence) Food and the overall experience these days is a far cry from some time ago. Worth going back and giving them a shot if you were like me. Welcome back Heath TW, we needed the weed! Haha

My husband and myself went there today for lunch we always just sit at the bar. The bartender had no personality at all as a matter of fact she was down right rude . She also was waiting booths behind us, as she waited in those customers she said Hi to them and said her name and that she would be waiting on them, she also ask them how they were doing. None of that happened to us , didn’t say hi , how you doing, what her name was , nothing. First thing she said to us was do you need a menu and do you know what you want to drink? My husband and I were trying to carry on a conversation with her to no avail , she had no sense of humor at all and I don’t even thing she smiled while waiting on us the whole time we were there. There shouldn’t be a difference of how your treated sitting at the bar from sitting at a booth. I was totally amazed when I heard how she was treating customers in the booths. Needless to say we did enjoy your food and we still left a tip, But maybe you need to have a talk with this particular bar tender and tell her to be as friendly to her bar customers as her booth customers. Happy with food , very unhappy and disappointed in this particular employee.

Walked in and waited for a waitress while watching three up by the kitchen chatting, I made sure at least one saw me, after a couple minutes one finally came up and seated us. After that, Stephanie was out waitress and she was AWESOME!! Said they'd just had a busy lunch so maybe the others were recouperating.

Food here is usually amazing. Our waiter was very attentive but always moving. We never got his name. The whole restaurant needs a deep cleaning 😳😳. The floors are super sticky and the tables and booths feel grubby. On previous visits the women's restroom wasn't very pleasant either.

Absolutely awful service. We waited an hour and a half just to place our order, during which time we went through four bowls of chips with no updates or explanation. When the food finally arrived, everything was cold.

To make matters worse, a waitress who was not even serving our table spent time flirting with my partner, which was uncomfortable and completely unprofessional.

This was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had.

Such a nostalgic place. The food was beyond delicious, it came out fast and everything was fresh and cooked perfectly. Customer service was spot on. Parking was easy and the environment was very clean. Definitely coming back 10/10 would recommend

My daughter and I came to Tumbleweed for an impromptu dinner on Saturday night as we were both wanting steak. We initially were going to go to Longhorn, but their wait time was almost an hour (we expected as much), but we got right in at Tumbleweed.

Our server was Terrance - and I have to start by saying that he was the most friendly and attentive server I think I've ever had. His energy was high without being overbearing, always came to our table with a smile and to see if we needed anything, was always one step ahead of us in making sure we had refills on our drinks or on our chips and salsa (he recommended the apricot salsa which was amazing). When our steaks came to the table, he asked us to cut into them to make sure they were cooked to our liking (and they were). Terrance treated us like he was the owner of this restaurant and was immensely proud of it.

The food was absolutely amazing, but Terrance was the real star of the show and the best part of our dining experience! There's really something to be said for such impeccable service when it is so sadly lacking in a lot of our consumer experiences. My daughter and I will definitely be back - and we'll definitely be asking to sit in Terrance's section. You guys have a real gem in this one!
