I seldomly make negative reviews, or any reviews for that matter. But when you get done working a 10 hour shift and want to get something quick for the family and you pay for your meal and go home, you expect it to be correct.Every single time we've come to this location, our order is incorrect and it is either overcooked, or has been sitting under the heat warmers for way longer than it should. Every single time. 10 out of 10 times!Tonight we didn't check our food before we left, and yet again...it was wrong and we had to make the trip back so my husband could eat his dinner after being awake since 4:30 this morning. Come on guys, you can do better. Where is management??

They have a 2 for 3 special and I got that and asked to have put on one biscuit and they didn't understand, so I had to put them together myself.

Horrible chili! Just a ton of beans. Absolutely no meat! No consistency. Wendy’s chili used to be good. Not at this location though!

Don't go there! Ordered multiple times from them and always had an item(s) missing. It's like they don't care. Food is subpar the experience overall is severely is poor. Dave wouldn't put up with this

One of the staff members ( unfortunately didn’t get her name -no name tag ) has the worst mouth ever and she’s very unprofessional. On the phone cussing and yelling In front of all the customers ( kids too ) . Literally the whole time we was there she didn’t stop . Other than that , the other staff was great and food was ok

Really just came for one thing, a strawberry Frosty. Talk about a different experience. Everything was going swimmingly until the person doling out the orders popped off with a smart comment when I mentioned, we'd never gotten Frostys in a bag. They were right though, there's a first time for everything. This was our first time in Heath, our first strawberry Frostys and the first time we'd gotten Frostys in anything other than a drink cup. Over all three Frosty wasn't bad. It has a bit of a different flavor, not bad but not totally great. You can definitely tell it was a Frosty though. And that's what we came for. After waiting over an hour at the wrong place across town I probably would have gave this place 5 stars just for being faster but that last flippant remark killed it.

Baby K loves Frostys, and strawberries, so when we heard of this and were going to be nearby anyway we had to go. It's in the Walmart, just inside the door on the grocery end (there is a Wendy's sign on the building by the entrance.) She opted for a straight strawberry Frosty, not the strawberry Frosty sundae with Lucky Charms marshmallows (which surprised me.) Came in a bowl, not a cup. I grabbed her a straw too, and she did finish up with that after it melted. She polished it off and said it was good. I'd heard they had a different menu and was looking forward to trying some interesting stuff, but... not really. Limited menu of the standards, plus a jalapeno burger and some varied flavors for chicken nuggets. Meh. But, I got the jalapeno cheddar nuggets and they were fine. Crispy chunks of chicken paste, basically, but hot and filling. Bits of cheese and jalapeno inside. I got the ghost pepper ranch sauce and wondered if it, and the combination would be too hot. Nah. A little heat in the nuggets, a little in the sauce. Together, still not really hot. But then I like spicy, so proceed with caution. The sauce is actually a nice one, and I got an extra to try with something else. Cheap. Fast. Plugged a small hole in my stomach till dinner. And strawberry Frostys.

Okay this is a different experience. The menu is both scaled down and includes some unusual options. This is the place for a strawberry frosty. They also have frosty sundaes. The one I sampled contained whipped cream and lucky charms with vanilla frosty. The ranch chicken nuggets were crisp but tasted dry. The jalapeño cheddar nuggets were a fun find. A bold flavor that went well with every sauce they have.
