I seldomly make negative reviews, or any reviews for that matter. But when you get done working a 10 hour shift and want to get something quick for the family and you pay for your meal and go home, you expect it to be correct.Every single time we've come to this location, our order is incorrect and it is either overcooked, or has been sitting under the heat warmers for way longer than it should. Really just came for one thing, a strawberry Frosty. Talk about a different experience. Everything was going swimmingly until the person doling out the orders popped off with a smart comment when I mentioned, we'd never gotten Frostys in a bag. They were right though, there's a first time for everything. This was our first time in Heath, our first strawberry Frostys and the first time we'd gotten Frostys in anything other than a drink cup.
