Food is good when you have a taste for it. Service is always questionable. Employees are nit always pleasant when ordering food and very stingy on serving. You do have to inform them multiple time that you want more.

Incompetent staff. Lack of inventory control. Out of countless ingredients: guac, cheese, lettuce, vinaigrette, salsa. No solutions provided or alternatives offered.
Manager nowhere to be seen.
Watched 10+ people walk out. Good way to lose customers. Corporate should look into this.

As I walked in a Tuesday it was moving swiftly. We got to our turn and they needed more white Rice. No problem. Then we asked for more rice in our bowl no problem at all. However the counter and things in between ( most food places wipe in between to make presentable) the workers seemed lost as to what their job duty was in the line as well. Got home to eat food very fresh however rice was hard. Other than that I would give a 3.
