Just got a bowl from them and it had a huge hair in it. Disgusting, reaching out to the app for the issue as I ordered it there and the "pepper" chatbot is currently down.

This location had very friendly and warm staff. The food was good.
The beverage machine appeared to be broken. The soda-water/sprite button was broken and the beverage was flowing out of it non-stop. The music in the dining area was extremely and atrociously loud. I couldn’t even hear my thoughts. I couldn’t wait to get out of there.
But the food quality and portion size was perfect as usual. The people working at the counters were very polite and friendly...

Like so many fast food restaurants, this seems to be a restaurant best for drive-through only. Online ordering is always easy. Today we tried to eat in the dining room. While the food and service were above average, the dining experience was terrible because most of the tables were dirty and the music was painfully loud. We had to wipe off our table and couldn't enjoy each other's company because we couldn't hear each other. We will choose other places to dine-in...
