50% of the time I've come here they have been out of half the ingredients in the store. Doesn't even matter what time I go, they're just always out of something. I've gone in the afternoon, the evening, night. If you aren't the first person here they're probably out of something.

This store location is a joke. Out of multiple things 2 hours before close. No white rice, pico, corn salsa, cheese, steak. Over flowing trash and dirty dishes just laying around. Me and about 5 others walked out Employees laughing about the situation. Woof.

Delicious food, consistent taste, great service. Price of entrees keeps going up year after year, but the taste is the same as I remember from 20 years ago.

Both my wife and I had orders that were not right, asked for extra of things got less, and not received some items. Had pieces of meet that we didn’t order, and there were at least 15 worked and most were around the drive thru talking, people were talking across the store to co-workers.

this might be the worst chipotle, expired sour cream, constantly out of food, and just overall annoying and never a good experience.

Came in at about 8:30 tonight, they were out of a decent amount of ingredients, like white rice and some meats, queso and some other things I don’t remember. Sometimes that happens, but looking at the other reviews it seems this location is always missing ingredients. There were about 6 people working 4 of them were in the cooking area “cleaning” one person on the line and another at the register. The store looked like they closed in 15 mins when in reality they would be open for another hour and a half, the drink machine was off and they didn’t have any tea or lemonade. I had to double check to make sure that they did in fact close at 10 and not 8:30. The person on line was essentially the only one doing anything useful, even though he had complete lack of urgency with the line building up while also giving the smallest portion sizes, i understand they can’t give extra meat, but i asked for a little more cheese and I swear he gave me 2 pieces and wrapped it before I could ask for more. While waiting for him to do the rest of my family, the girl at the cash register requested one of her coworkers, who was putting down 3 sheets of foil, to help on the line he said he would once he was done and continued to stall and play with the foil. By now the line had gotten to the door and with the only person on line was slowpoke it wasn’t moving really at all. Also while I’m waiting, the girl at the register (who could’ve easily been helping on the line) kept repeating, “I can’t be standing here I have things to do, blah blah, I have other things I need to do”. One that’s unprofessional, and two how about you help out so you can stop “standing here” and so that you can get to your “things to do” faster! Eventually the guy one like requested for them to start making more brown rice, because they were getting low, all of his coworkers responded to his request by making fun of him and how he asked it. Not a single one moved to make the brown rice like he asked, they all just joked around and picked on him. Overall a bad experience and truly disgusted with how the employees were acting. I know this review won’t do anything due to the fact that I can see many reviews reporting similar issues for the last 6 months of inappropriate employee behavior, extremely small portions sizes, missing toppings/ingredients and slow service. And the fact that it seems that it has gotten no improvement shows corporation doesn’t care and will likely hit me with, “please talk to us on our website” instead of making the changes and improvement that needs to happen. Chipotle is falling off, if you want Mexican similar to it, go Habaneros across the parking lot, they always have deals, excellent service and good portions sizes while also being a local business and many more options.

Quality of Food and Customer Service - Poor. No need to make requests for toppings, as they do it their way. Have a problem, tough. Management -Is there any? No one we spoke to put in any effort to resolve the issue with the order. Basically a bowl of soupy sour cream and rice. When returned to the counter for our chips that were not on the tray but definitely got charged for, almost frisked by employee to ensure we weren't hidding chips. Absolutely the worst experience. I will not return to this location due to the lack of response, respect, and service.

If you are hungry do yourself a favor and go across the street to Lowe’s and get checkout food cause it’ll be better, quicker, and more friendly. We were 1st greeted by them telling us the rice machine was broken, and I get that, but what I don’t get is the fact we asked for a cheese quesadilla and they said you can only order it online which makes no since already, and they made us order it right in front of them, then they gave us the wrong address so we ordered it somewhere random then they told us to bad, and the icing on top was the food was practically cold anyways. Coming from a chipotle lover this one sucked.

Usually, this is my preferred Chipotle location. However, my experience tonight was disappointing and did not reflect the standard of customer service I expect. There were only three people ahead of me in line, yet it took 10–15 minutes just to begin my order. During my wait, the employees used inappropriate language repeatedly, and one worker left for the back in the middle of preparing my food. As someone with several years in customer service, I was surprised by the lack of professionalism and basic courtesy. I hope management will take steps to improve both efficiency and work culture. The standards for customer service and representing both individuals and businesses should be much higher than what I experienced tonight.

They've been out of 50% of their menu the past few time I've gone in the evening. No manager there to help the young staff field complaints or help get things on track.
