Apparently if you don’t pronounce burrito the “right” way, the staff will laugh and refuse to serve you. I get it, I’m not Mexican, and I don’t speak Spanish. But don’t pretend you don’t know what “barbacoa” and “burrito” is.

The food preparer touched multiple non-food surfaces, including the trash bin, with his gloves and instead of changing his gloves, just wiped his hands/gloves onto his very dirty apron. I walked out as this does not meet health standards, as it can lead to cross-contamination. Pretty gross and unacceptable.

Edit: Chris, I tried leaving feedback using the link and form, and just get a spinning chipotle pepper. Whomp whomp.

Racist at a Mexican place towards a Latino person! Accusing me of giving you a fake 20 dollar bill and yelling at us; when I just got it at the bank. This chipotle is the worst; terrible customer service.

Used to be better... as of August 2025... orders not in time. Products not available... running out of cheese???. Poor service. Dirty... trash all over the place ... see pic... difficult to deal with corporate customer service. Lines in window pickup often stretching around building. I guess I'm done with chipotle.

This store used to be one of the best in Columbus. Ran by a great Restaurateur with the support of a great Field Leader. The team has changed a lot in the past few years and now it is just acceptable to run out of product that is very simple to make. Shredded cheese. Corn salsa. Sour cream. As someone who was also a Restaurateur for Chipotle coming out of the pandemic you would expect the Field Leader and Team Director would care about restaurants not having product to sell and their team members not seeming to care because their "GM tells them they can't prep any more than what the prep sheet says" even if they are beating their sales goals. Really sad to see a once great Chipotle turn into one of the worst and no one above the restaurant cares about the standards.

I visited this location with a pickup order in the Chipotlane. I arrived a few minutes before my pickup time with my hungry toddler in the car. There were many cars in front of us in line, but I assumed (incorrectly) that it would be quick. We waited in the line for 25 minutes past our pickup time, and ultimately had to leave to get dinner elsewhere as my child was hungry, and there were still multiple cars in front of us taking what I estimated to be 7-8 minutes per car, for a simple pickup window. When I contacted Chipotle for a refund on the meal I was unable to pick up due to their extreme delay, they offered me a free drink to my account, with no refund to my meal. I will not return to this location and warn others on using the Chipotlane which should be easy and quick.

My last Chipotle visit ever. I’m sick of asking for more of everything to get a decent meal in this game of them trying to save 2 cents on every bowl so the stock price will go up by a dime. And the kids meal has been changed to include 2 instead of 3 sides. Corporations ruin everything.

They mark your food as being done at their predicted time and then will not be able to give it to you for almost 30 minutes afterwards. What bothered me the most about this is the fact that when I actually got my food, it was piping hot (and missing items but whatever). Which means to me that they lied about the completion time blocking me from being able to do anything about it on my end other than wait 30 minutes for my lunch. Which FEELS fraudulent. I would’ve canceled my order and been able to leave. To put in ANY complaint they send you to an AI bot (pepper) that offers no solutions and told me my claim was inaccurate because they marked it as complete in their system. Chipotle is getting extremely unethical with how they treat their customers. Had they been honest and just said that the order wasn’t complete. I wouldn’t be this upset at all, cancelled and moved on with my day. They offer no way out for extreme unplanned wait times. Do better.

A bit better than your average Chipotle Grill location, the food here seemed fresher and livelier, although, this is still Chipotle, so, nothing miraculous, good but not great, par for the course.

Vegetarian options: Vegetarian-options are available and several are recommended.

This used to be our go-to chipotle thanks to friendly staff and reasonable portions. Unfortunately it looks like there has been a turnover in staff/management and now portions are tiny and they try and charge extra for everything. The last bowl we ordered was barely half full, definitely won't be going back to this location.
