This location is great during the day but the evening service is horrible. Went to this location last night around 8:15/8:30pm after we left get air and there was only one other family behind us and one at the register in front of us. We stood at the tortilla station for 10 minutes watching a older man (I asked the cashier his name and she said he was the manager Kevin) make three to go orders all while slamming everything around and not even greeting us to say I’ll be with you in a minute, hi, nothing! He also had every food container up and sitting on top rather than down in the station so they stay at the right temp as if it was almost closing and their trying to clean up early. The cashier had a issue at the register ringing a family up and asked for his help and he proceeded to shush her and held one finger in the air at her while continuing for another 5 min on his to go orders while we all stood and watched. If he’s the manager he needs retrained! He’s extremely rude and unprofessional esp. for a manager!

I like Chipotle for what they offer at any location. I have not had any bad experiences in the past 10 years or so for more than 20 locations. Ingredients are fresh and protein choices have fairly decent flavors. Service is quick, and before you know it, you are either seated to eat your meal, or out of the door with a to-go bag. Enjoy your meal!

Really fresh and friendly staff with five stars was my original review and sadly today I have to change that after going back expecting another pleasant experience as before! This time I was greeted by a lady cleaning the sneeze guard A.K.A the glass in front of the food on the outside which was fine but then she proceeded after that to go around to the back of the food prep line and clean the back side and underside of it without covering anything and everything that could fall in the food, did! This guard was really dirty and obviously didn't get cleaned during the closing shift! (Note: this sneeze guard wasn't just the vertical one like in some of their restaurants but it goes vertical then flat above to help cover the food) at least supposed to act as one! (She was cleaning the bottom of the above cover with the same rag she used to clean other things all around! When I brought it to the ladies attention what she was doing she got upset with me and started yelling in Spanish at the line workers about me. So I asked to speak to the manager to explain the situation and possibly see if she misunderstood what she was supposed to be cleaning but to my surprise the lady that addressed herself as the manager said she condoned the cleaning over top of uncovered food! It's normal...So I told her I would not be giving her my business today and I would let corporate know the practices that are going on just for her to tell me okay! Like no words to describe these outrageous practices enforced by chipotle management that is not sanitary!!

I came in at 9:30 and the staff looked very unhappy when I walked in, and they were cleaning and didn’t bother to take my order until 3 minutes after. I used come here almost everyday, but after this never coming back here again.

Came in at 3:36 and only me and my friend in line had us standing there waiting for 5 minutes, with 3 employees on the line not tending to the customer. Manager copped an attitude when calles out to serve us and proceeded to give bad customer service: asked for extra cheese three times watxhing her grab and sprinkle crumbs into my bowl inspite because of the lack of attendance to the customer. Dont wastes your money here

Taylor and the other young lady who made our food had horrible customer service! Taylor had an attitude bc her coverage was late and “she had a 5p appointment” so that meant she couldn’t provide her customer with what they needed. The other young lady got mad bc she was making food with gloves on then wipes the counter with the same glove and then thought she was about to make our food. So bc she was asked to change her gloves (To avoid the spread of bacteria from her gloves to my food) she neglected to provide customer service as well. My wife wanted onions and peppers on her bowl and they told her they didn’t have any more.. at 4 in the afternoon. They just didn’t want to work. Never going back thank god. Just passing thru for a funeral.

So I today found out that you guys are really mean to your animals and that you use polar bears for your juices, especially lemonade. And the rice being made out of cow is so mean like we are being so mean here. Also, the quesadilla shell being made out of tortious is so weird like let them keep their shell whattt but hopefully you guys do better :)

Drive through pick up has been disappointing. I sat in the curb pick up line for 20 minutes, food was ice cold by the time I got home. Another time they didn’t update the process of my order in the app so my food was ready for pick up but in the app they said they didn’t start the order. No line inside or out. Girl at the window saw me and then made me wait another 2 minutes because she was on her phone. Acted annoyed that I interrupted her texting. I’ll never use chipotle curb pick up ever again.Parking: Parking is tight
