We had a large party including 60+ teenagers. The staff were very accommodating. We had a private room that was constantly stocked with food and drinks. The food left a lot to be desired honestly. Mostly bland bar food. I've been to several D&B locations and this one just felt smaller. It didn't seem to have nearly as much stuff as other locations and it didn't take long for the kids to run out of things to do.

The food looked beautiful.. but greatly lacked flavor, very little taste. They won’t even give you a take out plastic cup for your drink to go. And for food with little to no taste .. it was expensive! We still tipped the waitress pretty well because we didn’t want the remainder of the gift card I’d purchased. We never want to go back! Dave & Buster’s nowadays is nothing more than a Chuck E. Cheese without Chucky, therefore, It does not have personality nor atmosphere. The game room was nothing more than very loud noises with too many often on lights and blurry music over top of that, that were of an adult nature to boot. We will never go to Dave & Buster’s again, and we will never recommend anyone else to go as well.

Waited at an empty table for about 20-30 mins, finally went up and asked for a menu from the hostess. After another 20 mins of waiting one of the servers came up to take our order but said she was leaving, but nicely put our order in. Then had to wait another 30 mins for food, one person brought us our food and then another one finally brought us our check, no one checked on us after the food was brought. And games that were literally broken a year ago are STILL broken, like the clown game, the Plate breaking game didn’t have enough balls so I wasted credits on that. The remodel is very nice, but every time I go here there’s an issue and too much waiting.

Unfortunately my family and I waited about an hour and a half for our food. Spoke to the manager who seemed to not really care. We were told our food would be out in 5 minutes. After waiting an additional 15 minutes we decided to leave.

When we arrived, the restraunt area was not busy. Took server 20 min to even get drink order. Once the food was ordered, it arrived cold.

Never got food here so not rating that part.Staff was helpful but also very unknowledgeable, every time I asked a question they had to either get someone else or a manager to do a simple task.Games were fun but when they broke I reported it to a staff and id assume a game tech? His name was I think Gary? He had such an attitude with me that I didn't feel like telling him other issues on games I had because of his attitude he gave me. I will definitely turn away from the game room if I see him there.Wednesday's are the best time to go because games are half off! Makes me spend even more money because I get to play even more games and have a lot more fun.

First time doing to Dave and Busters, overall 5 star experience. I did go early afternoon on Wednesday, there weren’t many people there. Food was hot and good for entire family. Accommodations for my toddler (Highchair/booster seat). All the games were in-order and the prizes are worth it!Kid-friendliness: Dining was kid-friendly as far as meal options and being offered highchair or Booster seat.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair friendly, ramps throughout

We had a very unsatisfactory experience. While the decor and games seemed to got upgraded, it appears that the service got downgraded. From the moment we sat down we were greeted with Dirty/sticky bar counter tops that were never wiped down. Once we started to order drinks the bartender actively talked us out of three different drinks, stating that we shouldn’t order anything with BlackBerry here.We ordered appetizers which came out quick and hot but no napkins, utensils or side plates offered so we had to grab bar coaster/napkins. The two or three bartenders we interacted with seemed to have No sense of urgency or interest to make a customer even remotely content let alone happy. When attempting to order food for the 18 & 20 yr olds with us, they were unwilling to accommodate adult food orders sitting at the bar with under 21 food order until we complained and a manager got involved to make it happen. The only highlight of the night was one of bartender/server Emily, was a delight. She was very empathetic, apologetic and was the one who got the manager involved that allowed us to combined the food tabs.

So we took our 2 teens here to burn some energy. While we waited for them my husband and I decided to grab a drink and play some games too. There were a few bartenders behind the bar, and a decent amount of guests. There was a short wait which was cool since it was kind of busy. We decided on 2 drinks from the Faves Menu. We were talked out of both drinks we wanted to order. Then when choosing 2 different drinks, we were again talked out of those! My husband decided to stick with his second choice because at this point it must be the bartender. Instead of ordering a fun drink I just got a regular marg. He said he “just wanted to be honest”.. well you honest(ed) yourself out of a higher check and a better tip. What bartender talks someone out of THREE drinks?! If they’re that bad why are they on the menu? Makes me think you just don’t want to make them because one of as frozen and the other 2 had blackberries, but according to him, “never order anything with blackberries here”… COOL! Everything else was fine! They’ve done some updates recently! Also Kyle H was out bartender so if you want to drink what you want, avoid him lol .

I usually come every weekend before the remodel for my kids. This last experience will make it the last time I come in. We went to try to sit down and eat. The new layout has moved the booths close to the games and now you have to sit in the back and get a host. While we were waiting at our table my child who has down syndrome had a melt down because he wanted to be close to the games. When my server came I immediately apologized and asked him if he could just make our order to go. He asks me "why"... when everyone can clearly see my special needs child screaming at the top of his lungs. After I placed my order the tip screen came up and I tried to by pass it because I like to leave cash for tips. He told me to "not skip that screen" I had to explain to him that I am leaving him cash. Keep in mind I come here ALL the time and I am an extremely generous tipper and he has waited for me in the past and I've always tipped everyone there generously. After I gave him my 20 I asked if he could bring me change.. so I can tip. He asks me" how much". Well, the bill is $30 so I'm obviously going to need ones and 10s so I look at him a little thrown back because he's clearly asking me to my face how much I'm going to tip him lol so I said "bring me ones and tens". The whole interaction with him was so weird and uncomfortable I won't be back. He was so demanding and pushy thinking he was not going to be tipped that he came off rude. I tipped him over 20% because he clearly needed it. While I was waiting I stood next to the bar as my husband took my screaming kids to the game area. I literally set my purse on an empty table for not even a minute and a server came running up to me telling me I'm sitting in her section. Mind you her section was COMPLETELY EMPTY and I'm just looking for my phone and had my purse on the table for not even a minute. The customer service here was absolutely terrible and the servers act like homeless beggers on front street. Maybe they should have a work meeting discussing the proper etiquette of serving and tip care so they don't scare off customers by behaving the way classless way they did.

It was my first time at this DB's in celebration of my friend's birthday. We had a fairly large group, so we had a reservation. Upon arrival, the table reserved for us was occupied. We started to sit at the bar, which was only one side of the bar was open, mind you it was half-priced games night. After the party occupying our reserved table would not leave, we were moved to a secluded party room, where a handful of table were pushed together. At this point some members of the party had already ordered appetizers at the bar, in which the bar claimed to be too busy (as it was empty now since we were no longer occupying it, and so those who ordered apps at the bar were required to retrieve them from the bar instead of the server bringing them to our table. The server: I don't think I have ever experienced the feeling of a burden like I did on this visit. He seemed like he had other things on his mind and took it out on us. Mostly ruined the experience being we were there for a friend's birthday. The food came out in a timely manor, however, it was difficult to get drink refills as the server did check up too often. Most of our food came out cold, especially the boneless wings. We were afraid to ask them to be re-heated or re-made due to the poor attitude of our server. We were immediately prompted to pay the bills via a remote CC reader terminal. The server just gave it to the end of the table, and returned after half of the table had figured out how to pay with it, to explain how to operate it.This will be my last time at a Dave & Busters due to the food quality, service, and lastly, the game selection. One of the reasons we went was due to a recent social media post advertising their recent remodel. It wasn't anything spectacular.

Looks great after the renovations! Wednesday is half price games. Very busy during weekends. Some games are always broken though. The arena area is soooo fun though! A great workout too! Food is good but VERY limited vegetarian options. In fact, the only main dish that is vegetarian is the mushroom burger and I don't like mushrooms ?

The remodel of this place is Awesome. It is now a place I would want to come and hang out with my adult friends and not just my children! The "arena" was super cool but the attendant wasn't very talkative and we kind of had to figure it out on our own, but WELL worth 10$ for 30 minutes, a total steal!!!!!Food was better than was been before the renodel ( we visit often)Still in serious need of staff it seemed. But all in all a beautiful venue with lots of cool game options
