ABSOLUTELY THE WORST. Disgusting food and disgusting service I used to eat Donatos minimum three times a week since I have moved and ordered from this location. It’s literally not even edible. I don’t know how this location is still in business. The manager does not care and will lie and say she owns the building/business but when I told her I was going to call, she switched up her words very quickly. Someone needs to come to this location and find out what is really going on because it’s truly a shame.

A tip on a to-go order?!?! Pay your people more money without asking your customers for tips on to go orders.

We went to pick up our order after the 4th of July fireworks and we ordered on the doordash app. when we arrived the old women refused to help us find our order. I confirmed the location and name but she kept saying she didn’t have an order for me. I showed that it said it was ready and even told her what type of food it was. I understand if something got lost of there was a mix up but she never once left to go check if maybe our order was made and under a different name or leave from the window. she kept saying that she didn’t have an order for us and kept being extremely rude. I personally work in food service and would try to find other means of helping my customers find their food. it was a simple cheese pizza and she could have taken a least one look at something other than the computer. she didn’t ask anyone else there or anything. just kept rudely saying she didn’t have our order. I believe she didn’t want to make our food and just kept lying to get us to leave. and because it was from doordash we had to contact them and get our refund. NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN IF SHE WAS WORKING!! we ordered food at the dontatos and bethel and they were great! if this old lady wasn’t so extremely rude about my simple desire to have the food I paid for then I wouldn’t have been so upset. I never write reviews but it was just such a bad experience and a waste of time that I had to say something.

I'm not really a review person but if I do leave one you really had to take me there placed my order at 5:17pm stated it would be ready for pickup at 5:38. I arrived at 5:43pm and was told it was not ready and to pull to the side amd it would be brought out, wait another 5 mins and decided to going to see what the hold up was about 6 people just standing around doing nothing but talking they never even put my pizza in so the girl lied about it being almost ready, then they ignored the kid that tried to get there attention to help me. TERRIBLE SERVICE and thank you for messing up my lunch for my lunch break!!!!!!!!!!

Donatos must be one of these places that has nostalgia on their side . With all the pizza options in Columbus, why anyone would pay for this average overpriced pizza is a mystery. Tried the stuffed crust today , it was average like everything else. Pizza sauce is good, but the rest is nothing special . Wings are rubber and small . Nice people working and the restaurant is clean , I'll give them that .

I placed a take out order 2 hours before pickup. I got there 4 minutes before the specified time and was told they had not started the sub-sandwich and it would be 2 minutes. I pulled off, came back then was told they needed to start the Pizza. Now it's after the pickup time. Spoke to the manager about why a order placed 2 hours in advance wasn't ready.

The worst ever at Donatos -Came to the table barely cooked, almost raw onions - asked to have it put back in the oven - bland as can be, as you can see barely any cheese and I don’t even know if there was a tablespoon of sauce on the whole pizza - after being put in the oven a second time, the onions were still raw and crunchy and pepperonis looked undoneThe person that took the order was very pleasant is the only reason I gave two stars instead on one - and the bathroom was nasty - I almost forgot, the fountain drinks have no flavor or fizz

We ordered a large pizza supposed to be delivered at 5:10 well it’s 5:56 and it just arrived. My husband and I were about to walk out the door and go get something to get. We weren’t fast enough!!! The pizza is now in the oven heating up!!!Donatos don’t have their own drivers, it’s delivered through Door Dash which is a JOKE. Don’t order delivery from Donatos on Fishinger!! Go to Enrico’s on Frantz road - much better.

We love this location! We live near the Bethel rd Donatos and they mess up our order every time (we gave them many chances over the months). The Fishinger rd Donatos ALWAYS gets our order correct. It’s a drive for us but it’s worth it: we eat here 1-2x a month.
