I placed a take out order 2 hours before pickup. I got there 4 minutes before the specified time and was told they had not started the sub-sandwich and it would be 2 minutes. I pulled off, came back then was told they needed to start the Pizza. Now it's after the pickup time. Spoke to the manager about why a order placed 2 hours in advance wasn't ready.

The worst ever at Donatos -Came to the table barely cooked, almost raw onions - asked to have it put back in the oven - bland as can be, as you can see barely any cheese and I don’t even know if there was a tablespoon of sauce on the whole pizza - after being put in the oven a second time, the onions were still raw and crunchy and pepperonis looked undoneThe person that took the order was very pleasant is the only reason I gave two stars instead on one - and the bathroom was nasty - I almost forgot, the fountain drinks have no flavor or fizz

We ordered a large pizza supposed to be delivered at 5:10 well it’s 5:56 and it just arrived. My husband and I were about to walk out the door and go get something to get. We weren’t fast enough!!! The pizza is now in the oven heating up!!!Donatos don’t have their own drivers, it’s delivered through Door Dash which is a JOKE. Don’t order delivery from Donatos on Fishinger!! Go to Enrico’s on Frantz road - much better.

We love this location! We live near the Bethel rd Donatos and they mess up our order every time (we gave them many chances over the months). The Fishinger rd Donatos ALWAYS gets our order correct. It’s a drive for us but it’s worth it: we eat here 1-2x a month.

We ordered online last night. A large extra pepperoni and extra mushroom pizza. The pickup time was 25 minutes from the time we ordered. We arrived about minutes after it was scheduled to be completed. Upon arrival and payment of our pizza, we were told that the pizza was still in the oven and to pull forward and it would be out shortly. We waited for over 10 minutes and ended up pulling back around to the carryout window again. The guy at the window asked us for the order name again. We finally got our pizza.. After arriving back home, we noticed that not only was our pizza mildly warm, it was not topped with any extra pepperonis or mushrooms. I felt slighted because we waited a fair amount of time and the order wasn't even correct or hot from "coming out of the oven" as stated by the employees. Just flat out disappointed because when you pay money for the extra toppings, they should be noticeable on the pizza.

Pretty good Donatos, but the past couple times I've picked up, some weird man wearing a ski mask opened the pick up window and just glared at me without saying anything. The most recent time, I sat at the window for 5 minutes and when no one came, I had to tap on the window to get his attention, and when I finally got it, I was met with his intense glare. No 'Hello', 'Sorry about your wait', or 'What's the order name?', just 5 seconds of intense silence. I had to be the one to initiate the interaction because he wasn't going to do it.Not sure the black mask is some Halloween thing, (or maybe he's still a Covidien in 2023?) but he seems mentally unhinged and probably shouldn't be customer facing.

lol donatos has always been my favorite za establishment. I tried to order online, they wouldn’t accept it. Sure, it happens, so I call the closest location. I got bounced between 2 locations repeatedly (on hold 4 separate times). I’ve never been so let down - it’s always been my fave. Won’t be back for a long time. Boooooooo ?
Made an order that never showed up and was charged for it.

Don’t usually do reviews on food places but we will never never ever order from this place again. After 2 hours we got our pizza which was colder than a north Minnesota winter. Called and found out that you shouldn’t call in for your pizza? You should use the app because corporate made that decision to source out calls to somewhere else other than the store. Go somewhere else like Saxtons or Flyers in HilliardRR
