This was by far the worst pizza I have ever gotten from Donatos. The outside crust was burnt and the center was under cooked. the costume service was good but the product was terrible from this location. The peperoni was not edge to edge as well. I grew up on those ads I not sure if they still do that though.

I ordered a Mariachi Beef from DoorDash and realized we weren't able to put no tomatoes on the app. I called in a few minutes after we ordered and even though the pizza had already been started i think, the manager still corrected it and got us the pizza how we wanted. Kind of a pain in the butt request but he took care of me anyway with a nice tone. Excellent customer service skills. Oh and the pizza was fire per usual.

In the past number of years it seems that not all Donato's locations hold to the high standards for which they are known. This particular location in Hilliard, however, has never disappointed to provide excellent pizza every time. Highly recommended.
