Been eating here for close to 20 years but has gone downhill. tonight i had the baked chicken parm and the chicken tasted like it had been sitting under a heat lamp for 2 weeks. hard as a rock and no taste whatsoever. it used to be amazingly hot and juicy. this was like a chicken-flavored shoe sole. i know every place is struggling right now but this was a major disappointment.

Is it just me or is something wrong with the meatballs? Twice I have had a bad experience with them tasting awful! Use to be my favorite place to eat. After today I will no longer be eating there. Very disappointing
