Been eating here for close to 20 years but has gone downhill. tonight i had the baked chicken parm and the chicken tasted like it had been sitting under a heat lamp for 2 weeks. hard as a rock and no taste whatsoever. it used to be amazingly hot and juicy. this was like a chicken-flavored shoe sole. i know every place is struggling right now but this was a major disappointment.
Not busy, friendly greeting by manager, very clean dining area, great service, good food. I was given an extra slice of pizza because they thought the two I ordered were too small by themselves!
Great service. Great food! Love their breadsticks-melt in your mouth, buttery, garlicy. Yum. I like the baked spaghetti and my husband likes the sampler platter. The price is about $15 per person, $8 for kids. I wish we still had Fazoli's.
