Friendly fast service
Please respect your posted business hours. It says you close at 10 PM, and I left my workplace to come here. It’s 9:45 PM, and I’m sitting outside your store, but it’s already closed.
If your hours say 10 PM, the store should close at 10 PM — not earlier. This isn’t the first time this has happened. I’m not sure if the manager is aware, but the staff seem to be closing the store before the posted closing time.
I’d appreciate it if this could be addressed.
Unreliable promotions and poor transparency
They advertise promotions, but once you come to purchase, the price is increased without any clear explanation.
There is no end date mentioned for the promotion, and the advertised price is not honored.
This behavior shows a lack of trust and transparency in their promotions and creates a bad customer experience.
I have attached photos showing the advertised offer and the actual price at the time of purchase.
I do not recommend relying on their promotions. Always confirm the final price before buying.
Lots of fresh meat
I like middle Eastern stores but this store is packed to the ceiling with things. Its very hard to get around full of boxes and random things everywhere, no price tags, not wheelchair accessible... prices are expensive too.

There is a kitchen in the back of this grocery store which makes good food.
Really good shawarma and hummus in the back of the grocery. Ate it in the parking lot on a road trip.
