The soup, burger and cookie were all delicious as expected. Kudos to the kitchen staff. I must say that it's rare to go to an eating establishment where the team seems to work so well together, but this is definitely one of those rare instances. I am so happy that I decided to come to this Max & Erma's location on Nationwide Boulevard. You should come too! You will definitely be impressed!
I usually rate this location at 5 stars. Jeremy is their best server by far, always gets it correct with a first endless attitude. This time my order arrived, and 10 minutes after finishing the meal, the appetizer arrived. And my server was having a hard time keeping up with waters. Really enjoy the buffalo chicken sandwich. Almost impossible for me to order something else.
Had visited this location several times in the past and service was horrible. However, we were invited to a 50th birthday celebration last week and I was completely shocked. It was amazing! The manager, I think his name was Jeremy, (if not I apologize). But he was fantastic. He and another waitress waited on our party and the food and service was wonderful! Just wanted to give them kudos!
