Mr. SoGood offers really good and authentic Taiwanese food, with some stating it's the best Taiwanese food in the U.S. The pork cutlet box is delicious, featuring greens, tofu, egg, and moist pork. Popular dishes include the authentic Taiwanese braised pork rice, chicken cutlet rice, pork chop rice, and amazing salt-and-pepper chicken. Their bento boxes, like the classic pork chop and chicken cutlet lunch boxes, are excellent – crispy, flavorful, and satisfying. Stir fry rice noodles and braised tofu are recommended add-ons.
While primarily a take-out service located within CAM supermarket, there is limited public seating. The staff is consistently described as friendly, personable, nice, and hard-working. They sometimes have extended menus on weekends and seasonal offerings. Prices are reasonable, and the small size of the braised pork rice is noted as perfect. Even arriving after closing time, they were accommodating. Mr. SoGood is a must-try for those who like Taiwanese food or generally good food.
