Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

I told myself months ago that I would never go here again, but it's on my way home. I gave in because I like Popeye's chicken. My chicken tonight had obviously been sitting somewhere for quite a while. I opened the box when I got home. It was dry on the outside and even dryer on the inside. It's not often you get a fried backbone and have to wonder what part of the chicken it even came from. Does a backbone qualify as a real piece of fried chicken?

They told me it will be 25 minutes for fresh chicken sandwich. With no wait and me being the only person online. There has been 1 car that has been served behind me. I will go to Taco Bell. It does not take 10 minutes to make a chicken sandwich. It was 9:23 when I ordered. They gave it to me at 10:40. It took 17 minutes when there was not one car or customer in line. And tell me it's going to be 25 minutes is just not okay.

I was pressed bc another establishment failed to come through with my order. So I went and ordered from Popeyes a d they were so accommodating! Thanks all

They used to be good and after they ran the KFCs out of town then the food and service started to get worse#no competition. The KFC of yester year was better than all these new chains. Now they all went to crap.

This Popeyes is terrible! We walked in to see a line standing there at the counter and it took the staff almost 10 minutes to serve the first person and take their order. After eventually ordering, we waited an easy 30 minutes for our food. When it arrived, they had messed up our order, but there’s no way I was going to wait on a correct order. The chicken was also dry and over cooked. Also, what’s up with that music selection!? The only positives are that the restaurant was clean and the staff was polite. Won’t be back, and the GM needs to get in there and figure out what is going wrong.

$20 for 3 pieces of chicken is insane. And to top it off, the staff is extremely rude

Ok, but can do better on the quality of the chicken. Some of mine was dry and didn't look that great. Unfortunately, I was already home before I unbound it.

No complaints here. I saw the little reviews and I was worried. But the food was hot and exactly as ordered. The place was extremely clean including the restrooms. I'd come back.

missing 2 items in my order. How hard is it to check people’s orders before you give it them!? Especially when there wasn’t anyone else in the drive thru

I had a great experience at this Popeyes! The food was fresh, hot, and delicious—exactly what you hope for. The staff was friendly and quick, and the restaurant was clean and welcoming. I’ll definitely be coming back hereagain

Paul is amazing! We went inside to dine in and he was so patient, chill and so kind! Honestly I’ve ate inside plenty of times and I will say Paul was the best person to ever assist us! Typically they put the food on the counter and call an order out but instead he brought it out to us and just spoke to us very professional and kind. You can tell he took pride in doing well at his job and made sure everyone had a good experience. GIVE THAT MAN A RAISE PLEASE!!!! Very well deserved one!

They are slow and i asked about 16 pieces with out wings they give me almost half of my order wings some of them dirty
