My daughter and I went for lunch here today. It was great and really our first time having Indian food. They have a buffet, Friday through Sunday. Highly recommend this place!

The Fri-Sun buffet was a great way to discover new favorites. I tried lamb curry, the buffet style gave me a way to branch out from my comfort zone. I've been four times so far and I’m looking forward to my next visit. Everyone I've met has been friendly & welcoming. I've ordered mild Mattar Paneer(medium next time), medium Saag Paneer and medium Aloo Baigen. The Aloo is best so far but it's close. So fragrant & full of flavor. Raj Shahhi Indian Restaurant is loved for delicious, fresh, authentic Indian food. The naan is perfectly cooked and the dishes are flavorful and satisfying. Portions are generous and the staff is friendly, welcoming and the service is excellent. Guests enjoy the large buffet with many choices: lamb curry and Mattar Paneer and Saag Paneer and Aloo Baigen and Paneer Pakora and Samosa Chat and Chicken Tikka Masala. The buffet food is surprisingly great, with bold flavors, plenty of meat in the curries and fresh bread that is not soggy or stale. The spice level can be mild or medium, and you can make it as spicy as you want with their hot sauce. Many visitors say the food tastes like north India, with a perfect blend of spices. The quality and care in the food make each meal feel like comfort food that can make the soul sing. The warm and kind people gave my husband some water even though he wasn't hungry. The restaurant is great for lunch, dinner and parties, and guests say they will definitely be back and highly recommend it to anyone who loves Indian cuisine.
