I also reviewed on Yelp yesterday. I'll give it 2 stars only because everyone except 1 person was relatively pleasant. I got a Soy Caramel Macchiato yesterday morning, and the girl who had her dark brown hair in pigtails had bad customer service. I used to be a Barista else where, Customer Service is NUMBER 1!!!! I walked up to the counter, she didn't even say 'Hi'. I said 'Hi' first, and a customer should NEVER have to initiate a greeting. She didn't even say 'Hi' back. Strike...read full review
