Went here about a week ago, Trinity was our server and she was the absolute best. She was constantly refilling our drinks and checking on us. A couple of the staff were very rude and not helpful at all. The fish and chips was excellent, our server had recommended it and I'm glad she did.

Ordered 3 take out french onion soups, spoke with management prior to and agreed that the best way to take out french onion soup is to keep the order in separate containers. Arrived, looked at the containers of soup, the restaurant should be embarrassed at the portion that attempted serve. Best guess, 8oz containers, half full at best, at $7.00 per container.
Just want to share, if you are getting food to go, do not use the online app. Call instead. You are charged more for the same product.

My wife and I enjoyed top notch service from Cyres. He was the only server, servicing several tables. Never skipped a beat. Aces!

Food was good, but they need to clean.
Youngest grandson had decided he likes fish. We've tried other places, but the fish was so-so. I knew Old Bag of Nails has fabulous fish, so we went there for lunch. He loved it!! Well worth the trip.

Recommended dishes: Fish and Chips
Service was okay. I give a little because of the current labor situation. Fish sandwich was okay but a bit bland. They have tater tots which is always a plus.
Vegetarian options: I had the shrimp and thin fries instead of steak fries. I recommend the shrimp. I think the batter makes it so good. Fries were lightly seasoned. Service was good. Much better than my previous review.
