Brittany the manager is amazing! Very polite and cares about her customers needs! Great customer service
I visited with my grandkids at 7:20 a.m. on a weekday. By the time we had a chance to look at the varieties of doughnuts and Tim Bits, there was a friendly employee at the counter ready for our order. The selection was good and the donuts delicious. A+ for hospitality.
We had stopped at the Hilliard-Rome Rd. location, but their selection was sparse and after several minutes no one came to take our order. So we came here. We will from now on!

Despite one negative experience, many customers enjoy their visits, including a regular who treats the staff like friends.
