Got a half pound beef and cheddar and the roast beef was sliced thicker the balogna and had the consistency of rubber. It was definitely undercook do to how thick the slices were. $12 down the drain because I just threw it away

Had the new Angus cheesesteak. No flavor a very small amount of meat swimming in cheese sauce on a soggy bun.
Couldn't taste the sandwich through the cheese. Peppers and onions could not be tasted.
Shame on Arby's for making these hardworking people here make such a colossal flop.

My absolute favorite place to get lunch ! Always friendly fast service with a smile and the food is of the best quality . Gabby was the employee who assisted me and made the experience enjoyable . 5/5 place to eat

For an $8 sandwich I would expect more than just one slice of meat. Then when I take it back I over heard workers in the back being insulting to us and saying that they wasn't going to remake it. Do not go here it's a rip off. I will say the girl giving me my refund was nice.

Drive Thru was packed during a weekday and the team had their stuff together and got everyone through really quickly. Order accuracy was on the money and the food was still hot.
