I ordered my food on line. I went in the restaurant to pick up my food,but I ordered fries at the counter then went over where the worker was packaging my order u der the designated place for on line orders. I said was that order 2 market sandwiches but the worker said "yes but it's not for you." Then she said my last name which was on that order and I said yes that was my name. The name on the order she was packaging for on line orders.Because of this I and my friends will not be back to this business.

This is the best Arby's! The food is always fresh and the drive thru is always efficient.
At 830 pm the outdoor lights were off. Going to the drive thru I found them to be closed. Seems too early.Kid-friendliness: Arby's has nice quality kids meals.

I went through the drive through and it was a nightmare. I got there at about 2:20 and left at about 3:10. There was no special occasions going on, just a normal day and it was the slowest drive through I have ever been in. All of that effort for a average meal.

Arby's at Hillsboro does not offer free senior drink why charge us $2.89 for one small
I ordered a classic roast beef meal with curly fries and a coke, not only was my roast beef cold so were the fries and not at any time did I say I wanted a coke with no ice, but it has no ice and when I asked for something different she acted as if I were in the wrong (very rude) and had someone else hand me a root beer. The food is way to expensive to be cold, and the employee acting like that is ridiculous !

Good Burger 2 meal was not Good. Chocolate shake tasted like chalk, burger was burnt, fries were good, but couldn't save this $20 meal. Great service, expensive and horrible food.

I ordered the big cheesy bacon burger the meat was raw they didn't offer to replace it or offer a refund the person I spoke with said that's the way they come. There precooked and they throw them in a fryer to warm them

Love the Sandwiches @ Arby’s. My only gripe is the Do Not put enough Roast Beef on your expensive sandwich and the over charge for a small coke. The Hillsboro Location usually has very quick and friendly service so I do often drive thru and pickup something.
