Always very cold in there take a jacket. Think it very expensive.

Our experience here was good. Our waitress was very friendly & caring. Food was good minus a soup that we ordered (it tasted sour), but the restaurant took it back & offered us a new item. They made it right, which as a pay customer I greatly appreciate. They went above & beyond making it right, more than I wanted. We will be returning sometime.

IF YOU HAVE A CHOICE ASK FOR HEIDI..she's awesome. however there 14 empty tables in here an they are still making people wait at the door I dnt understand that. Sadly we did not get out normal waitress an the one we have doesn't care too much about what's going on.

Out of the main sodas. Out of Carmel sauce for drink. Table of 6 around 3 pm. We understand we have a decent sized family and may have to wait a bit. This time multiple tables were sat, served and checked out before we were even offered refills on a drink. We sat there with no update for over an hour and thirty minutes. No food. We go to leave and just pay for drinks and we are told food is done...oh wait no it's not would be a few more minutes. It was simple items eggs some bacon pancakes nothing over the top or extra. Very disappointed on how it was handled and how no updates were given. Would not be acceptable if I were a manager there.

Dropped in for a sandwich and a few minutes to myself and thought I'd give Bob Evans another try. It was awful service was short,food wasn't good and they even got the check wrong when I was checking out. Rang up 9cencs to my card & then I had to pay the rest in cash. I thought it was my card but when I looked at my statement I seen they just rang up 9 cents on my card & had to finish the payment for my sandwich in cash. What's wrong with these restaurants these days? Get it together or close the doors.
Had a wonderful breakfast today, biscuits were on point and the country fried steak was still crunchy under the gravy. 10/10

Purchased large turkey dinner. Portion was small, no mashed potatoes and gravy, and the dinner was cold even though we picked it up as scheduled. Purchased chopped steak dinner was cold and my biscuits were stale. I had to go through my bag and ask for plastic ware.

I simply want the powdered sugar and whipped cream that's SUPPOSED TO come with the pancakes. Its usually never on them or even in the bag to put in on myself. Missing two ingredients that are supposed to be there. However, if one specific manager or server is working, it's there every time. But ONLY when they're there.
