A few good experiences... a few bad experiences. Poor food, service, cleanliness. I was told the franchise was up for sale in 2024 but don't know any further details except if it sold, it didn't improve.

I walked in at 5:40pm and placed an order for 2 " POT ROAST SANDWICHES" to go. when I asked the lady how long her reply was " 10-15 mins tops" . I was good with that I even tip the girl $5.00 . I waited exactly 1/2 hours. that is simply "UNACCEPTABLE" ESPECIALLY when they only had 3-5 People in the restaurant eating. They had 5-6 standing at the front counter when I walked in. I stood there at least 10 minutes before my order was even taken. The girl stated to another girl " hey can you take this carry out?" The other girl say " it will have to wait" ARE YOU SERIOUS? They have 5-6 people at the counter and you are going to say " It will have to wait?" SIMPLY UNACCEPTABLE... I go home and home is 10 minutes away and I take it out of the bag and there is 3 chunky pieces on the sandwiches. plus it was COLD. going 10. mins down the road should NEVER HAVE HAPPENED. I will NOT EVER GO BACK!

Our server walked out. We were there an hour and a half. Had to tell our waitress 3 times to bring our to go pies and a box. I finally went up up to pay and got the pies there. They did discount our ticket. They were not busy.

The Hillsboro Ohio Bob Evans recently has been exceptionally good. Service was outstanding and food was good ( this has not always been the case) BUT recently all aspects have improved

Every single time we order to go, our order is messed up. Today we placed an order for carry-out and we arrived an hour after we placed the order (according to the pick up time) and they told us upon arrival that they were out of chicken and noodles. They had plenty of time to call and let us know so we could have made other plans instead of having to wait on an alternate dish to be made. I worked at a Bob Evans when I was a teenager, and like the company, but this one is unfortunately the worst one I’ve ever been to or ordered from.
