i just wanna say that i have ate here 7 times since the start of covid19, and not once was i turned away for not wearing a mask however Sunday 5/16 i went in with my family and was turned away for not wearing a mask. i have lived here 19 yrs and i will never go back to this bob Evans. i get it.. big bad covid got everyone scared and acting like a sheep but literally 3 weeks before the mandate is lifted yall start demanding we wear a mask? i don't know if there's new management or maybe the boss was in, but why the 7 times before? why start now. do you have a mask? we cant serve you with out one, okay cool CLASSICS DINER HERE WE COME BABY.
Update - went back today and stood for 7 mins waiting, turned and left since no one said hello or we'll be with you in a minute. Hello Alley 21 thanks for great service.

Didn't care for the food it was over cooked. Pancakes was burned outside and under cooked on the inside. Had to wait on a table. With all kinds of cleaned tables open. Under staff again.

Our server Diamond was amazing. She took really good care of us. I hate leaving bad reviews and this in no way reflects our server but our food wasn't that great. Well, mine was good. But my husband got the chicken and he swears it wasn't cooked all the way. So now hes worried he'll be sick. Also, again...I hate doing this but there was a girl...kinda short...brown hair...I think she was a sever. The moment we walked in she had her sites set on my daughter. She kept staring at her and whispering. She'd walk back and forth for no reason at all. Not doing anything productive besides making my daughter uncomfortable. She couldn't even finish her meal. Im not sure if this girl knows my daughter from school but we heard her say her name, a few times. I was so uncomfortable I wanted to leave. I will contacting corporate about her.

Always very cold in there take a jacket. Think it very expensive.
Our experience here was good. Our waitress was very friendly & caring. Food was good minus a soup that we ordered (it tasted sour), but the restaurant took it back & offered us a new item. They made it right, which as a pay customer I greatly appreciate. They went above & beyond making it right, more than I wanted. We will be returning sometime.
