I ordered Rita's Buckeye Dairy Bar through DoorDash for dinner. My order was... Taco salad-meat, cheese and chips only Fish Sandwich Chicken Sandwich Footling hotdog Fried mushrooms Sloppy Joe Sandwich When the order arrived, the bag was left on our porch (as requested). The bag was open, not closed at all from the restaurant. The footlong hotdog was showing as well as the small bag of Doritos that were open. I have a couple issues with this part of the situation. 1. The store should've closed the bag so that our food wouldn't be contaminated. How do I know that the driver didn't touch it, or that it didn't fall into his floor? 2. Why was the bag of Doritos (not even what I ordered) not closed? 3. Why was the footlong not wrapped up? THEN--I started pulling out items out of the bag. The "Taco Salad" was apparently a "Walking Taco". Pics attached. The chicken sandwich was literally a chicken patty (not what was pictured). The breaded mushrooms had 3 pieces. I called the store, the lady on the phone told me that it was Doordash's fault and that the driver "must've eaten my food". She told me she'd remake the taco salad, stating that she had been slammed and accidentally made the wrong thing. She said she'd remake the mushrooms because she knows there was 6, but the driver must've eaten the other 3. And she also remade the footlong. I got to the store to pick up the remade food, and showed her the difference in the pics on DoorDash from the food we received. She said, "My cousin is just a normal person like you and me and he's trying to get this place back up and running. He just took over in May." That's 4 months..... I can sympathize with being slammed. I'm not complaining at all about the mix up, but main issue is the false advertising AND not closing the bag of food before sending it with the delivery driver and THEN blaming him for her mistakes. They did refund the $7 for the chicken sandwich, but we will NEVER return and I'd advise others to not order food from there until they (at minimum) update their pictures on web.

Slammed for a $.75 tip to a $5.00 item at a carry out window. Tip for what? No posted sign about it. And slammed again 3% for credit card use, again no sign or warning on either or I would have walked. Would rather have paid $6.00 for the cup of lukewarm chicken and noodle’s with runny broth and a few actual chicken shreds. A package of crackers would have helped. Good thing I had gone straight home to the microwave. They won’t miss me until they’ve gone out of business, and they’ll never know I didn’t come back. I may give them one more try and if I do I’ll complain about the extra charges. I’m very pro small local business that is worth it. And I generally tip big but not when there’s no option.Parking: Nobody else was there which should have been my sign.

Classic soft serve with mix-ins akin to a DQ blizzard. Cones, sundaes, shakes, and flurry-type ice cream. Go local and support this place over a chain!

We stopped here for an ice cream while mid-trip and driving 2 lane country roads. Excellent ice cream, Huge portions, great prices. My wifes medium twist cone was enormous ! Very friendly service. We wish this was closer to home as we would be here all the time !

Ordered corn nuggets, got broccoli bites :( couple stood at the widow for 3 or 4 minutes while a guy was doing something at the register and he never even acknowledged them before he walked away and left them continuing to wait for the only other person in the place to wait on them.

Woulda been 5/5 but i had to cancel one banana split because they ran outta bananas. When i go back if they got bananas ill give them their deserved 5 stars ?

We have now have our own sliders ,chili ,coney sauce ,bar bq chicken and beef ,cobbler ,chicken and noodles over biscuits ,mac and cheese and cheesecake .These are all our own recipes cooked in our kitchen not store bought like other places .We normally have two different flavors of cobbler on hand and it goes fast too .Our chicken bar b q is very popular and so are our coneys and sliders. Also we have a really good much room and swiss burger .We are open all year
