Called the Hillsboro Ohio location 11 times and got a busy signal each time.
Figured maybe the store was closed because of the weather, which would be completely understandable but I looked on the Facebook page AND the website & both said the store was open so I assumed the store was just so busy I couldn't get through.
Drove the 12 miles into the store to place my order and wait just to find it actually WAS closed.
VERY upsetting.
