I had a small issue earlier in the week. wasn't upset. Called everyone was super nice on the phone and at the window. Made it right in the most pleasant of manner. That's why I continue to go there. Kudos
In the past couple of years… I had wrote to Frishes about how pathetic their hamburger patties were becoming on their sandwiches. I love their Big Boy but the patties were becoming so thin you could see through them. (Literally!) That is if there was much meat to begin with. After much complaining…I have to say that for the past couple of times that I have either dined in or got my meal at the drive through, the hamburger patties are much much better now. Love the food but with that said the app never works right.
