Food and service have improved since a few years ago (2020-2022) for Frisch's in general, the Hillsboro location didn't suffer in food and service like other locations and has always been a solid choice.
This place is hit or miss by a mile. Not clean very often but lately better. Service is always great. Salad/breakfast leaves a lot to be desired. Salad is often wilted or bad, not cleaned up, salad dressing everywhere. Breakfast bar is often filled with mystery meat, even the woman putting it out doesn't know what it is. Food was great! Server on other hand was not friendly at all. No greeting don't think she actually looked at us once. Had to ask for silverware, refills etc..,think her name was Cheyenne. only know that because we didn't even get a ticket to pay so as they were trying to find our bill one of the ladies at the counter said she thought we were one of "Cheyenne" table.
