I've been a huge supporter and a loyal customer for numerous years but not any longer ...me and my wife went in a few weeks ago to get lunch and we got maybe a few pieces of pizza each and set for 30 minutes or more and still no pizza on the buffet , I know they have a salad bar and such but we were there for the pizza nonetheless we ordered pizza to be delivered and yes we are out of town but it took almost 2 hours to get our pizza after being told it would take 45 minutes and it was almost cold once we got it but while waiting on it I had called twice to see where my pizza was I never once got I'm sorry is there anything we can do or anything just kept putting me off , now I'll say I felt bad after the driver got to my house to deliver and she was very kind and apologized numerous times but at what point do you offer any sort of solution to keeping paying customers happy

Went for the 13 dollar buffet, including drink, and it did not disappoint. Hot pizza of different types along with sub portions spaghetti and even some dessert pizza with a salad bar. Giovannis is far more than just a pizza place! In fact, I was more impressed with their subs and appetizers than the pizza itself. The atmosphere is a bit basic but I really enjoyed their music selection (metallica on the radio!). The only reason I didnt give five stars is because I didn't know what to do when we walked in. There was no front of house staff so we kinda just hovered there until we found a staff member. We had a similar problem trying to pay. While we were seated everything was smooth though!
My daughter and I ate here for lunch. The buffet was clean, the waitress was attentive, and the food was delicious. Not sure you can ask for much more than that!

Your delivery drivers are always polite and I have never had a problem with any food from Giovanni before, I ordered an antipasto salad, it had 0 pepperoni and I ordered 2 pizza that looked as if they forgot to put the toppings on. Very disappointed in the food, won't order from there again.
