Would not recommend working here... When you first start everyone's friendly and polite but I soon learned managements true colors. I've only worked for KFC for 2 weeks before I was let go today. In those two weeks on 3 separate occasions I have been left waiting for 30 to 45 mins after the start of my scheduled shift for the GM to show up for work and unlock the doors. I'm originally a night shift worker so switching to mornings was difficult and it made me late a few times as well but not enough to be fired yet. But that isn't the original reason I was fired. At first she texted me to tell me I was fired. That in its self is extremely unprofessional.but in the text message she explained that because of my health issues her and the store owner debbie will be letting me go because they need someone to work without stipulations. I have all of the text messages to prove so. My health issues have no relativity to employment .. I don't even know what health issue I'm even having yet but I've lost a substantial amount of weight in a short period of time without trying but it's not relevant. The real issue she was having was I had a 24hr stomach bug and called her at 7 am to let her know I wasn't coming in, she didn't answer, her boyfriend Tyler answered the phone and said she is asleep call her back later. Well I ended up having to go in to work sick to cook chicken for the public so if anyone had KFC Saturday and is puking and defecating themselves send them the bill 🤣🤙. But anyways I was fired because I left work to go to urgent care instead of infecting everyone with a viral sickness and I left with her permission I just needed to bring her a doctors note. I was at the store picking up the prescription they gave me when she texted me to let me know I was let go. KFC hillsboro's management thinks it's perfectly acceptable to ignore the health code regulations and HIPPA laws. So I let her know that she was breaking those laws and that I will be in contact with a lawyer and she changed the reason of firing. But it's too late for that. The laws have already been broken and I have the text messages to prove so. I may be only 24 so this doesn't hold much weight but in all of my life Ive never seen a restaurant so deserving of being shut down at least until new leadership is found. Another coworker of mine made a review about what else is wrong with this place, her name is diamond I think you should read it. I never witnessed anything with her hygiene but I will say that the way the show is being run now.... Just isn't it.

On Wed.before Thanksgiving,I ordered a 12 piece family meal trough drive thru,they said it would be 17 minutes to get ready,I said ok.I came to window,payed for it and parked,35minutes later,5 more cars through drive thru,4more walk in customers,and then I finally got my meal.I never eat any of it until 10:30pm that night,and found a hair on the 1rst piece on top,threw it away.At 6:30am,I reached in the middle of the bucket and got a chicken leg,and another hair,I threw that piece away.I I eat one serving of the sides and stuck the meal in the fridge.That was my Thanksgiving Meal.So,I never eat any more of it!!!The service in Restaurants sucks and I will not go back anymore I order a family meal there at least 1-2 times a month,but never again,I am afraid what else can be done to the meal I ordered.$40.00 Dollars down the Drain...

Please do not eat here! I had been a loyal customer ordering at least twice a month but after working here I wouldn’t feed this to my dog. For starters there’s mice and roaches, I literally seen a mouse zip past in the middle of my shift. The process of making the chicken is unsafe and disgusting. It’s kept in a nasty slimy freezer that reeks of old meat and the people who bread the chicken also have to fry it and handle it AFTER frying. Keep in mind they are covered in raw chicken juice head to toe. The chicken is dipped in water and batter that is reused for hours at a time sitting at room temp. The manager lacks basic hygiene skills, I seen her pick a scab and go right back to packing orders, then she spilled gravy, licked it off her fingers and continued packing orders. The frying basket was dropped on the same slimy floor that I seen roaches on and put right back on the counter to be used again as well as tongs used on the cooked meat. It’s so bad that the manager herself doesn’t eat the food and instead takes leftovers home for her dog. If only the food tastes as bad as it was prepared, we would’ve known all this sooner. I am in the process of reporting this to the health dept.

My husband just got home and of course this is the second time they messed up our order since the last time. That's after he said he repeated himself twice because of the last screw up. Then i tried calling three times no answer. You guys are getting worse than McDonald's it seems.

Was going though the drive though after getting off work me and some other workers was in a car looking though the menu and we asked the person taking the orders to give us a second and he kept trying to rush us (the manager) and said he will not let us order are food and leave we left and came back because that was not right at all because we wanted to talk to (the manager) and the guy that was at the window was so we all knew we would not get far with this so we was told to get out and one of the girls that was in there told us to get the F*** out that is not professional at all will never be going back there again and I have been going there every time I go to Hillsboro and the place was not even busy at all happened today at 3:30 after getting off work was happy about getting some food and drove though town just to get there

Don't go through the drive thru any time after 9pm or they will claim they are out of everything and will have to wait for it. Out of tenders, fries, popcorn. They should probably just close at 9pm so they don't have to pay their employees to screw around until closing because they sure aren't selling chicken. This has been an issue with this location for a long time now. Management needs to get canned because they aren't doing their job.

My husband and I just tried this location for the first time. We pulled up to the menu and the drive through employee greeted us and asked us what we would like. My husband stated that we just needed a minute to review the menu and we'd be ready shortly. Not even 15-20 seconds later, she asked again. So my husband kindly repeated himself. And again, she asked if we were ready and then offered to help us find menu items. My husband replied and said we just needed a minute to decide. Keep in mind it has literally been maybe 60 seconds at this point. So, maybe 10-20 seconds go by and a mans voice asks the same thing, "what can I get for you? Is there anything I can help you find?" At this point, my husband and I are starting to beocme a little agitated because we are being rushed and we haven't really had a moment to decide because every 10-20 seconds we're being asked if we're ready. ? So, the man on the speaker proceeds to become RUDE, accusing us of intentionally taking a long time to decide. He then tells us to have a nice day, as in he wasn't going to serve us. So, we pull up to the window and we're greeted by a very upset and rude GM named David. He refused to serve us because we were "intentionally" taking a long time to decide. Like what?! I have never in my life had such a horrible experience at a drive through. We didn't even get to order any food! I have no idea what his issue is, but this was our first time at this location and we really didn't take long at all... the entire encounter lasted a total of maybe 4 or 5 minutes, and half of that time was at the window arguing with David.

After reading all of these other horrible reviews, I'm thankful we didn't order food there because I don't want food poisoning.

Also, I have him on my dash can behaving this way.
