I'm not sure if it's a new manager or a training issue but server staff should be informed not not to rush or hover customers just because she is about to go on break. That's the excuse the server told me when I asked her why she was just standing there staring at me in the booth.
We come here about 1 time a month. I am curious. Why does it take 20 plus minutes to make a salad? Seems the service is never the same. When we order appetizers they very seldom come out before the meal. Today the wife orders a salad and pizza. It was about 20 minutes before we seen the salad. The server set it down and was gone in a blink of an eye. Is the service inadequacy caused by lack of training? I do know not everyone can be a server. Some are very good...
I recently dined at LaRosa's, and I must say, it was a culinary experience that left me questioning whether I should ever cook at home again. The food was so delicious that I suspect they have a secret spice called "Addictium" because I can't stop thinking about it.The service was equally impressive.
