Getting in here is hard the parking lot for it is across the drive through lane and yhe drive through lane is backed out closing off the exit outta the drive through so Like every mcfonalds It's crap go somewhere else They are all going down hill RIP MCDONALDS

I order it through the mobile app EVERY morning. To go to the front counter. Today, while picking up my order, it wasn't there, it was ordered at 6:11. At 6:45 I still didn't have my order. I finally asked for my order. I was met with hostility and anger by the manager Tory. They didn't have my order. She said that they only had three people working. While I watched employees standing around eating and laughing..They were too busy to help even somebody at the front counter. Place an order for coffee. One of the cooks had to come up and help him place an order even. Even after showing her that I actually had an order. She wanted to argue with me about having an order instead. I had to ask her more than five times can I please just have my order so I wouldn't be late for work. Instead, she wanted to argue with me still. This is the worst service and the worst manager I have ever seen from an establishment that is supposed to be based on customer service.

took so long the slushy melted, my food was cold, the sweet tea I ordered wasn't sweet and the happy meal I got for my kid wasn't the advertised toy just another sonic toy that he has millions of which isn't that big of a deal but his food was also cold.

Great people but my hi c tested like soap and they forgot to put my chicken nuggets in the bag
Stopped at the Low Moor Va. location inside of the Loves travel stop. Had to wait 25 minutes for my food and it was cold when I got it! The staff was not friendly
