Have to give a huge shoutout to Mimi’s Kitchen for the most amazing cheesecake! We tried the blueberry and peppermint bark, and hands down—some of the best cheesecake we’ve ever had. Creamy, flavorful, and absolutely unforgettable. If you haven’t tried Mimi’s Kitchen yet, we highly recommend treating yourself. You won’t regret it! Wish I would have taken a picture to share, however, it was just too good and we ate them quite quickly.
it's decent cheese cake. it's no where near what people talk it up to be. I got 6 different slices, none of them were particularly outstanding. taste a bit better or about the same as a store bought cheese cake. Only real differences are the variety and the price.
I give Mimi's cheesecake 5 stars. The cheesecake is outa this world delicious and she is very accommodating. If the bakery is closed she will still do what it takes to get you, your cheesecake. Simply the best.
