Have been four times in the last few months service has went downhill drastically each time . at no time was service what you would call Good. kept giving it a second chance.?will not be back. corporate, Please close down this dining room so no one has to endure this bad service as all they seem concerned about is standing around the kitchen, talking and shoving pizzas out the drive-through window!

The restaurant looked very clean. No dirty plates or napkins on the tables and the booths The waitress was very polite when she took our order. The pizza I ordered was a large pepperoni, hand tossed crust. We noticed there was people coming in after us. That is a good sign that the restaurant is serving very good food. The pizza came, within a reasonable time. It looked so good when she brought it to the table. The crust was baked lightly brown and cooked perfectly. It had plenty of sauce. They had plenty of cheese and a lot of pepperoni. We live about a half hour from Hillsboro. But it was by chance we stopped there to it. Pizza Hut is my favorite pizza place. We even bought Pizza Hut in Wyoming last month on vacation. It was really good too there. We will be going back to Pizza Hut in Hillsboro. I thanked the lady that made our pizza. She was nice and friendly. Pizza Hut, Hillsboro will be my pizza place when I start craving a really good pizza

Don't waste your time at this location. Every time I walk through the door the staff is nowhere to be found. When they finally see that there is a customer, you are not greeted but more or less looked at like you just ruined their day. I've ordered pizza here several times online trying to get the basil pesto drizzle (which you have to pay extra for as a topping) and I've never received it. When I called about it, I was never apologized to, just simply told it was because they were out. Ok that's fine, it happens, maybe mention that at the register and offer a refund for the topping I paid for and didn't receive. I was told over the phone that they would credit my money back after being put on hold multiple times. And I guess they must have forgotten because that also never happened. However, they never forget to print a receipt and ask for a tip, even though my pizza was not delivered nor did I sit in the establishment and get service. I will not tip because you made the product that your company sells and pays you to make. A tip is provided when some kind of extra service is provided. I'm disappointed that such a staple pizza place can have such bad service. 👎 Go to Papa John's instead.

We were sad to see that they took away all the sandwiches It would have been nice to have a beer with our pizza but they didn't do that either Winter says they took all that away when they got rid of the salad bar for COVID. We ended up getting melts and My husband's was extremely extremely crispy and so much darker than mine it was not even funny and then they were very very greasy.when we said something they said well we're sorry to hear that.
My daughter is going thru cancer treatment and food tastes terrible but she wanted to try a pizza. We went to Pizza Hut. Ordered it, waited on it, and drove home. About 12 miles away. I have NEVER BUT NEVER seen a worse looking and poorest flavor pizza in my life! It looked like a pizza you had left in the fridge for several days before you remembered to discard it! How anyone could think to hand that out to a customer is beyond me! Shameful. This was Monday May 12th, 2025 at 6:13PM. It was a medium deluxe costing $16.00.

We have always loved Pizxa Hut, and I found the location in Hillsboro! Yummy as always, and the location was clean, and the staff were top notch. We will be back and plan to bring friends.
