Ponderosa years ago was very good and well worth the money..I don't mind paying for good food..the hot food on the bar was luke warm..they didn't have the little chicken wings on the bar, not a very good selection of hot food items, meat wise, it was my favorite years ago..very disappointed and a waste of money..I would have liked our money back..they need a new system to keep the food hot, at least warm..won't go back

The food is always top notch and the service is great. It’s a great value for the money too.

Was just horrible food and I eat about anything. I can honestly see why most of them are not around anymore.

It was a great experience from start to finish. Being able to take my kids somewhere I enjoyed as a kid made this experience even better.

We had our family Christmas gathering there on a Sunday afternoon. 18 of us. We have done this for several years ! We were greeted at the door with smiles that made us feel so welcome. Our waitress, Jessica, was very attentive! Our drinks never went empty and our table was kept cleared of used plates ! The food was delicious! This is why we always choose Ponderosa for our Christmas dinner ! Thank you to Andrea and your staff !!!! Merry Christmas!!!!

Waitresses stay on top of drinks and if everything is OK. Food is the right temperature. I enjoy the salad bar.

How do you mess up a baked potato? The answer is to serve it cold. What the heck? Dang butter wouldn't melt. First waitress was excellent. The second waitress shouldn't be working there probably. If they concentrate on the little stuff, probably be better in the future.

The labor force all over is low and although this clearly affects service levels, there must be options for labor. The restaurant needs à facelift.
Service is always pleasant and upbeat and the food is always good. I appreciate the addition to the salad bar. On our last visit, I did not have a large appetite. I ordered only the soup and salad for $6.99. Happily, your restaurant offered more salad options and a couple desserts. Thanks!

Excellent old style buffet. Will definitely be going back even though it is an hour and a half away. Good stuff.
