I've gone twice with my daughter to get frozen matcha and both times the drinks were TOO green, and every matcha expert knows they should not be actual forest green. It dyed our teeth and tongue green and woke up immediately up. Not good. 4/10. It tasted like wheat grass not matcha.

Went in at 7pm to purchase an espresso drink, sign said they’d be back in 15 minutes, returned after that time and they said their oven and espresso machines were shut down for the night

Went in to get a Frappuccino with extra shots of espresso and was told they couldn't do espresso because they shut down the espresso machine at 7:30, half an hour before they are supposed to close. If you shut down the espresso machine at 7:30 at a coffee shop you've effectively closed already!...

Only accepting Starbucks gift cards on order ahead and then making you add $15 minimum is a bit scammy to me. If you choose to come inside the store to order you choose to wait in lineeeeeeeee. I suggest trying Holtfield or Whites bakery in town. Starbucks prices are way higher and portions are wayyyy smaller. Also the coffee at Starbucks doesn’t taste as good as it does at the other places.

Horrible experience today. I understand getting busy but it took atleast 5 mins to order which was fine. Then the worker told us we did not place any order after waiting 5 mins for the drink. Worker found our order, then we spent 10 more mins waiting until we were told they had lost our order ticket & asked what did we order. Really? 20 mins had gone by and now they decided to ask why we had ordered. There was only 2 customers in front of us. We just said forget it and give us a refund, they had to call their manager to figure out how to give a refund. After waiting 5 more mins on a refund we just walked out.

The guy named nic in there has no idea what hes doing this is the second time I’ve gotten a drink made by him that has not been made correctly. If you go I recommend anyone other then nic!!!!

Absolutely horrible. Paid $6 dollars for a drink that was ruined ( had the same drink before and this one tasted awful) the staff was rude. Was extremely dissapointed being 3 people in there and two of them were 15-16 year old boys goofing off and messing around. Then they gave me the wrong size drink and with the wrong lid so my straw would sink into the cup. Was too embarrassed to say anything bc it's not like they were busy they were just standing on phones and didn't feel like picking a fight today. Extremely dissapointed in Krogers and Starbucks hiring kids that don't want to do the job.

I've been going a lot more recently since they opened, and the drinks have been consistently good. I've been ordering on the app about less than 10 mins before I arrive, so I have a drink while I speed run grocery errands, and they are always ready when I get there. The refreshers are delicious, and I never hear complaints from my partner for their coffee. The baristas are and have always been very nice from the beginning. I figured our drinks from before were just blips from just opening.(I only gave the atmosphere a 4, but that's of no fault of theirs. The location is just horrible in the store. It's a very overwhelming area, especially when kroger is busy.)Original I really hate to say this, but the coffees we got were so terrible that we ended up throwing them away, and I was truly sad I wasted my money for a treat. I know it'll only improve with time, and I understand they just opened recently, so I'll give it some slack. I understand how hard it is to open in a small town.
