This place must be under new management. I've worked at a few subways in my time and this is the first time I've been in a subway in a long time that was up to my standards as a former employee all the way around. The place was clean, the staff was attentive, POLITE, and fast and everything was stocked. Way to go whoever is calling the shots now! Please give the guys who work on Sunday a raise. They deserve it!

A great subway! The toppings were all fresh and delicious, the guy making my sandwich took his time and didn't throw it together so it held up nicely while eating. The workers I met were very nice and got my order correct without issue. Restaurant is clean as well

Absolutely amazing sub's, like always. However, and I don't want this to come off the wrong way, so please keep that in mind; it's very frustrating when you can't understand what the employees are saying or telling you at all, they'll charge you for things you ask for, tell you something and just never get the product for you (ex. The dippers or cookie)

There are no options anymore. You only get like 4 choices of cheeses and then there’s barely any understanding of what you are trying to put on the sandwich. It felt like you were being rushed when ordering as the person making the sandwich skipped what I was saying. Not sure what is going on here but it is unacceptable for any business

Food is always good service is atrocious it’s really not that hard to make a sub sandwich. Comes clear down to the bread can’t even get the dang bread correct and there always out of stuff they close early about 99.9 percent of the time you could go in by 6 p and they don’t close till 9 or 10 p or so they say but really they close down as early as 6 p the one by the laundry mat is awful this is the best one in town and I don’t want either of them now rather drive to Wilmington at this point feel like the management just ain’t here for this store and the staff just closes when they feel like and not stock what they don’t wanna stock when it’s close to “closing time “ do better subway .

After the new management this subway was the best subway I’ve ever went to and it was amazing. It smelled fresh and the food war warm and very tasty. With newly mopped floor it was very clean

Every time I go here, there is always a wait there was two people, but one person was the only one helping at first, and then they was not very friendly. They might want to crack a smile every once in a while.

Subway just sucks, horrible service. Mobile order for no reason bc they dont touch ur subs until u show up on the time the app says and then they start cooking it, like how do u run out of stuff, and how do u lose a receipt ?

It says 10pm for Saturday, and by 9 they were closed. Fix your hours or quit being lazy and work until you're suppose to close.

May be my last time here. Food is good, but service is terrible. Had a very surly young lady. I asked about the artisan rolls. She didn't know that I was talking about so she asked someone...all good. She was told that it is a 12" cut into 3 pieces. She proceeded to take a 6" and cut it in half. When I pointed it out, she didn't like it. I told her just to give me the 6". So she was really pissed. She took my money so I apologized about upsetting her. She wouldn't even look me in the eye, but said all right. Always terrible service.

Tried to dine in but the 3 workers upfront were all working on an 11 sub order instead of having one take the line of customers that had been waiting so we walked out. The poor guy infront of us had already been waiting for 15 minutes and not one of them workers decided to take his order.

I stopped in to get a soft pretzel. I order my pretzel and paid for it. Then they realized they had none. The two girls working was just chatting together one was sitting on counter where they prep food look like she was cleaning her nails while the other was standing there talking to her.The two guys seem to be doing all the work.When the cashier told the one girl he rung me up and they dont have product. What to do she said nothing you can do. I said hey I need my money back. She told she couldn't do that. I had to argue with her til cashier handed me my money. Unbelievable how do these places stay open is beyond me.
