Stopped in this morning to get a few subs. The worker let the toaster go off until she was done with the other subs, which then burnt our bread- I questioned the first one and asked if the bread was hard, she replied with “No it just looks like that because it’s wheat.” My other 2 sandwiches were on white bread… They came out looking exactly the same due to her not taking them out the first time when the toaster was beeping indicating it was done. I then asked to feel the 1st sandwich that was wheat bread and it in fact- was hard/crunchy. I then told her that I was going to pass on all the sandwiches due to the bread being burnt. She then replied that is how they are supposed to be when toasted… She may eat burnt food but we are not. Also- the quality of the food was very unappealing.

I'm just adding a review on here to let everybody know, yes our door and online say we are open until 10:00, however we do close at 9:00. Our door has to match what online says and even though we have reported repeatedly that we close at 9:00 not 10:00 online will not change it. Until online sites acknowledged that we close at 9:00 we are not allowed to list 9 on our door or we will be in trouble

Great service! Sam (who managed the place) and the sweet helper are awesome. Sam is a rare find with his attitude and great personality. He deserves a raise! The meal was perfect and we would def be back. Only downside is the laundry next door with a lot of sketchy people…reason for 3 star atmosphere.

Employees were super nice. I ordered through the App and they prepared an almost perfect Philly cheese steak. The parking lot is an obstacle course of laundry carts/baskets, vehicles entering/existing the wrong way and small children running wild!Parking: Horrible

This place has made a huge turn around. Came in last week and the girl Megan I think is her name was so nice and inviting. Made all of my sandwiches perfect. SHE DESERVES A RAISE. Keep up the good work Guys amazing Service and Food!

Stopped for a sub,, employee was in back ,so I looked in case ,lettuce brown, meat looked slimy,no banana peppers, veggies looked old and wilted.left with nothing. Back in my car and watched the employee reaching into case and eat meats no gloves on.
