This is not a bad Taco Bell location, I've been here before and had no problems and was very please but on this particular visit, the tortilla shell on my chili cheese burrito was very dry and harder than you'd expect, also they were completely out of Baja Blast zero sugar and the ice machine in the lobby only had one piece of ice to offer. Taco Bell is not going to win the franchise wars with this level of service. I will return soon, as you are strategically located...
Very thrilled with our experience! They were deep cleaning, even the ceiling vents! You can tell they take pride in cleanliness overall and customer service was top notch! Other locations have made you order in the kiosk but this one in particular so that they opted to allow people to order at the counter because they know it's inconvenient for people to only use the kiosk. I Especially appreciate that I hate using those things. Service with a smile and the food was excellent!...
Picked up and ate in store. Everything was good and freshly made. Only thing I would suggest would be that if you go through the drove thru and ask for sauces, double check and make sure you get your sauce. Out of the last 5 times I've been there, had to go back inside to get sauces because they did not give me any even though I requested them. The one time I brought it to the lady's attention who handed me my food, and she got super rude and said they were in the bag....
