Very thrilled with our experience! They were deep cleaning, even the ceiling vents! You can tell they take pride in cleanliness overall and customer service was top notch! Other locations have made you order in the kiosk but this one in particular so that they opted to allow people to order at the counter because they know it's inconvenient for people to only use the kiosk. I Especially appreciate that I hate using those things. Service with a smile and the food was excellent!...
Picked up and ate in store. Everything was good and freshly made. Only thing I would suggest would be that if you go through the drove thru and ask for sauces, double check and make sure you get your sauce. Out of the last 5 times I've been there, had to go back inside to get sauces because they did not give me any even though I requested them. The one time I brought it to the lady's attention who handed me my food, and she got super rude and said they were in the bag....
The 3 stars I do give for this location go only to the kid James that works there. Me and my son went for dinner and they were out of pepsi (just needed changed). I let them know being knowledgeable and accepting of the fact that they were busy at the moment. About 10 minutes later, I went to remind them and the woman behind the counter (assumingly some type of "leader"...for what it was worth), tells me they are busy, didn't have time to change it but have Dr Pepper.There...
